I came into Jr. Crickets for some wings and a drink, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The temperature inside the restaurant was unbearably hot. We mentioned it to the bartender, and she explained that she doesn’t have the authority to adjust the thermostat beyond a certain setting.
We’re literally sitting here sweating while trying to eat. It’s 75 degrees outside, so there’s no reason for it to feel this hot indoors. I also feel bad for the employees who have to work in that kind of heat. That’s not fair to them or to the customers.
Management really needs to address this. Comfort matters just as much as food quality, and this was honestly ridiculous.

Lived in Atlanta for 11 years but never tried JR Crickets until today. I heard they were known for having great wings according to may YouTube foodies. The young lady who took my order was super friendly and helpful. I got 20 wings..half hot lemon pepper and 10 teriyaki lemon pepper and fries.
The fries tasted fresh and everything was piping hot. I wish they would season the fries right out of the fryer but they do offer a seasoning salt for customers. The wings were delicious and full of flavor. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Yes Happy Juneteenth! What a way to start the eatery shenanigans by getting some wings on the way to Alabama. Called an order in after searching on Google looking for, “where dem wangs at”, not fans! Lol! Ratings were good and that’s all I needed for my family of five on the road. Arrived at JR Crickets, online was not received no biggie how about the owner was very accomodating and whipped up my order just the way I ordered online, lemony pepper with fries all flats! Chicken was fresh, hot, seasoned with a chef’s kiss good! Definite recommend

Nice local bar and restaurant. We went for lunch wanting more than a fast food meal. I had their 8 wing lunch special and my wife chicken nuggets and fries. The hot wings were a little small but perfect… probably some of the best I’ve had. The fries came with a seasoning shaker that you could add to your fries. Nice atmosphere and a great place to watch a game. Great specials and service although parking could be an issue at busy times.

The interior is colorful and lovable. It wasn’t crowded and there’s a big TV at the bar to watch sports. I stopped by here because my son is always raving about the wings.

The wings were small with a copious sauce of lemon pepper with mild hot sauce. On my second visit I had the ribs which were very tender and a decent portion.
I don’t think I’d go out of my way for this but, at the same time, I wouldn’t try to sway the crowd if everybody wanted to go here.

I walked into this location and was greeted by the most pleasant person I’ve met in a while (Ashley). Ashley quickly took my order. I’m very very picky about my wings. I gave specific details and was pleasantly surprised because my wings came out exactly how I wanted them. They have nice sized wings and they were cooked to perfection! I asked for the “Billy Dee” sauce on the side. That sauce was DELICIOUS. I could have drank the sauce directly from the cup . The fries were perfectly cooked and great for dipping in the blue cheese. They have a variety of flavors of lemonade. I chose blueberry & was not disappointed. I will definitely be back!!! 10/10

I want to give this location their flowers. People are not always as quick to spread good news as they are bad. Every time I have been to this location, the experience is great from customer service (different people have taken my order but plotted service is the same), my order correct and the food on point! This is the only location with the lemon pepper honey. Team, keep up the great work!

I recently moved to the Briarcliff area and could not wait to try the neighborhood favorite for chicken wings—and it did not disappoint! I brought my mom for lunch, and we absolutely loved our experience. The wings were incredibly flavorful, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
Ashley took amazing care of us. She offered excellent recommendations, greeted us with a warm smile, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
