If I could give this dumpster less than a star I would. Terrible employees, charged for the wrong order (more expensive) with no refund or even any sort of reconciliation after bringing it up, on top of waiting 25 minutes for some mashed potatoes, a biscuit and a sweet tea. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this awful establishment.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I was stuck in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes with no explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Cars barely moved, employees clearly didn’t care, and customer service was nonexistent.
What made it even worse was the attitude. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. The way I was treated felt targeted and discriminatory, and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. No one should feel uncomfortable or looked down on just for ordering food.
The place was dirty, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Food quality was trash, service was trash, and the overall vibe was hostile and nasty. Management clearly does not train their employees on basic respect or customer service.
I will never return to this Bojangles in Manning and I will be telling others to avoid it. There are plenty of places that don’t treat customers like an inconvenience or a problem.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, there was only 2 cars! Once I got to the window, employees were on their phones so that explained what was more important instead of customer service. The food was downright not edible and potentially unsafe! Ordered the#10 blt which is the Bo’s chicken sandwich plus bacon lettuce tomato. There was more breading than chicken! It literally filed the box! Chicken was about the size of a chicken strip. The breading was raw still on one side of the chicken so I didn’t even eat it because I didn’t know if it was safe to eat! Raw chicken can kill you fyi! Lettuce was wilted horribly bad, bacon was just a few rumbles. As for the mayo, pickles, and tomato…can’t tell ya because I didn’t even get any! Fried were flimsy, full of grease, and cold.

Normally have great service this time not so much lady at the drive-through, was highly Impatient. Ordered a family meal for 5 of us she gave no utensils, no plates nothing. Wife went inside to ask for cups she, said it was against policy to give cups lol, I guess we were to just swing around the half gallon bottle and take sips. Another employee, a kind gentleman actually stepped in and helped us. Food was great as always and a wonderful value a mean 8 pieces, 2 large sides, 4 biscuits and a half gallon of sweet tea for under $30 isn’t bad, especially when it taste good.

Food was same as any Bojangles . Service was slow considering it was not busy. Staff friendly enough. Overall atmosphere was fast food on side of highway with a twist of country.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. yes i understand it’s just plastic from the ham, but if a little kid ate this…. i’m just saying. i asked for tenders as a replacement she told me no. when i worked in fast food as a manager i would give the customer what they wanted as a replace to make them happy so they would come back. the only thing i could get was extra fries. you can consume plastic but it’s also not good for you at all! i was disgusted by this and if this biscuit was for a child, i would of been more angry. lucky, i didn’t bite into it. there was no refund that i could get. just a fry replacement, so sadly no protein for me. just a lot of potatoes…

I would like to say THANK YOU TO MRS. SONIA, GM for the Manning, SC Bojangles establishment for caring enough to correct and bring clarity to my experience… One thing I know and learn, there are still good managers that take pride in whatever their name is attach to. Her expectations for her store, employees, and customers are set high. She has addressed my experience and assure me it will not happen again. She explained to me the protocol as how things should have happen and for that I AM VERY SATISFIED. Thank you, again Mrs. Sonia, General Manager for Manning, SC Bojangles! ❤️❤️❤️
