Dont order from here Hortencio or Sergio/Jovencio the manager were very unhelpful as well as the staff. I have always ordered from here and the drivers have issues due to gmaps and it being trailer homes, how ever in the past the drivers have been helpful and provided great customer service and we were able to communicate and get order delivered. Today was different I waited over 20mins after Jalell left the store and saw they wrre at wrong address and waited for them to contact me as there was no way for me to contact them. They didn’t they delivered the pizza. Ok human error understandable even though i put my trailer number and then when i attempted to get this fixed they were rude unhelpful seemed upset that I didnt want to walk to the address they incorrectly delivered it too I heard them say just hang up after they continued to persway me to pick up my own pizza when I ordered delivery and hand drop off bc I know this is a difficult address andto avoid this I selected hand off. They hung up and when I called the manager wasn’t helpful either gave memy refund by very upsetting to be treated this way as if I was in the wrong for not walking over blocks to locate my misplaced order talk about customer service. Will never buy from here again and inform others as well.

Was staying at a hotel and my pizza never came and front desk never received it. I called to ask staff about it and they said it was delivered but it was no where to be found. They sent another pizza over asap in under 30 mins. I was impressed and the woman I talked to was very apologetic and friendly.
I later found out room 302 stole my pizza as they left the empty pizza box in the hallway in front of their room with the receipt of my order.
Anyway awesome staff.

This has happened twice at this location, order the pizza and they have that delivery driver tracker and we see them park somewhere and sit there for 15-20 minutes. Twice this has happened and our pizza was cold. Also the site won’t pick up the phone AT ALL. Will be contacting corporate about this in the am.

Ordered before 7 and didn’t receive delivery until after 845. Cold. The pizza was smushed, toppings and cheese glued to the top of the box. Wings and bread knots didn’t have the dipping sauces at all, which is crazy bc according to the tracker my order sat in the store for 45 minutes before the driver picked it up. Disappointing to say the least. I wasn’t able to call the store (waited on hold for 15 minutes before giving up) or message them to just cancel. You are only able to message after they’ve completed the order as delivered. I asked for a response and a refund. We’ll see if I get either.

Absolutely do not order from here, rude over the phone rude in store. I was given a 10 minute eta, drove up to the store and proceeded to wait over an hour and 15 minutes while one employee made pizzas.

Welp…I gave in and tried the viral domino’s philly pizza of 2024. I must admit it was delicious!! I’ve never stepped outside of a red sauce pizza but I see now that I’ve been missing out. I added jalapeños to mine for a little kick. It helped that online pizza orders were 50% off because if not it would’ve been approximately $24 with all the extra toppings. If you can catch a deal i say try it out. This is a pickup or delivery location only. The cashier was professional and had a great attitude.
