Walked in to hopefully make a simple request for refund/exchange of bean coffee that was incorrectly ground at an out of town location recently. This location denied my request.
Below is Corporate response. “I am sorry to know that you ordered an Organic Yukon Blend® Whole Bean Coffee 1 pound and were unable to enjoy it because it was finely grind. This is not the Starbucks experience we want you to have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I will be glad to assist you.” Thank you – refund accepted.

Im not sure who runs this place and I hate to be a Karen but If I as a customer decides to visit a restaurant before work to get something I would expect them to carry change for a $100 bill its 2025 how is it that they can’t make change due to it being locked in a safe during business hrs thats pure madness everyone don’t carry cards or have small bills do better please sincerely your Starbucks customer also at least have a Manager on duty that can assist with these type of issues.

This is my favorite Starbucks location to order from! I normally get a grande, iced Chai with three scoops of matcha. For my birthday I got a venti iced chai and the barista was so kind! I’ll always come here because of the consistency and great customer service.

The barista was very friendly and helpful but there was hardly any seating and the fire made the only seats that were available, way too hot to enjoy. They also had flies everywhere. I had the pineapple tea and it was very good. I hope the fly thing is just a temporary problem.

This store was basically out of everything. The most common sandwiches and egg bites. Never had that happen before. I was also told he couldn’t break a $100 bill. Pretty sure that was simply out of laziness. Will never be coming back here.

I normally come to this Starbucks, I have had my fair share of good and bad experiences, however this morning 8/22/2024 at 7:22 am was the worst experience I have had in any establishment in my 40 years. I walked in this morning and approached the cash register, a frizzy haired redhead barked at me “are you here to make an order”, I was confused as I assumed that me standing in front of the register was common sense for those who wanted to start an order. She repeated in a very demeaning tone and I just nodded. I watched as new customers came in and her demeanor changed for those people, she was polite and cordial. I then went to get my drink and food and stood next to the delivery area after about 10 minutes, she spoke to me, again in a demeaning tone about how “these are your items”. I told her I only ordered one egg bite not two and she kept shoving them towards me. I told her I did not hear my name and her response was “well did you give me a name?”. I have no idea what I did to this woman but I felt so embarrassed, everyone in the store was looking at me as if expecting a blow up, but I just left. I later checked and I was over charged for an egg bite. I could tell that she was stressed out but its no reason to treat customers and other staff under her “leadership” disrespectfully. Please do much better Starbucks, as I no longer feel welcome in this store and will now drive out of my way to go to another store or go across the street to another coffee place.
