My firefighter crew stopped by for lunch and it was an amazing experience. From cereal topped donuts, big square tots, shakes, burgers and fries. They had the good stuff.

The place was super cool and best of all: The staff were mega nice and accommodating.

Had coffee and the little doughnuts delivered this morning. I had 2 shots of vanilla in my coffee it was perfect (Im not a regular coffee drinker). The little doughnuts were a lil dry bt I warmed them up & they were delicious (buy 1 get 1 free) 1st try they get 5 Ill go again to see if consistent & update. Can’t review service or atmosphere. Only suggestion…give option to make special request when ordering on 3rd party apps

I was in the neighborhood and decided to give them a try. The burgers took about 20 mins to come out. We both ordered “The Classic” burgers. They taste just like cookout burgers! I wasn’t disappointed but I will not be returning.

I really wanted to love this spot, but I left disappointed. I ordered the classic breakfast plate (eggs, hashbrowns, meat, toast). The first strike was when they said they were out of hashbrowns. My only options were fruit or fries, and I chose fruit (because fries with eggs and bacon seemed weird). Then I was told they might be out of bacon, too—which almost made me walk out. I mean how is a breakfast spot out of hashbrowns and bacon, come on. Luckily, they did have some after all, so we continued ordering.

Next came the eggs. The server offered “fried or folded” (still not sure what folded means), but I wanted fried, and I specifically asked for over easy—which of course means runny yolks. What I got was the hardest, rubberiest eggs I’ve ever seen, cooked beyond recognition. To make things worse, they gave me the smallest, flimsiest plastic fork and knife, neither strong enough to cut through the eggs. And my food was served on a plate where the edges and finish were clearly wearing off, and possibly flaking into the food, which was definitely concerning. The toast was golden brown and looked very promising, but the middle was doughy and undercooked. The fruit cup was mostly tart and under-ripe, with only the blueberries worth eating. The bright spots – the bacon was excellent, and the jam was very tasty. My son had a breakfast sandwich and summed it up as “kinda mid.”

On the positive side, the patio was lovely—plenty of tables, nice atmosphere, and perfect weather. The vibe is great, but sadly the food just didn’t measure up, which is what matters most.

I typically eat lunch at the Psito healthy restaurant next-door . I stopped over because I saw people eating and wonder what could be next-door. Burgers and donuts. Looks like they make a lot of things fresh. I had to try to see if it’s worth me stopping by later. Decent service, general table top seating Good for a lunch meal. Parking in the back. Plenty of nice seating outside. The kitchen and kitchen supplies are visible to the guest. Fun menu good prices, Was about to order the chicken sandwich, tried the hamburger to start along with the loaded hashbrowns. All of the donuts on their menu weren’t ready end of the display. They have coffee and some fresh juice.

Burger tasted authentic and like a whopper. Grit cakes were good-wanted more onions and peppers and less of the spicy sauce. A bit too spicy. Overall for price and taste-all was well. I’ll try the donuts next time (even though they don’t look all that). Decent spot.

I’m not a person that goes out of my way to do reviews…I truly felt compelled…

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, the polite & extremely helpful staff & the 10 min wait was more than worth it. Besides, I’d rather wait for well prepared food than get it fast, hot & gross. The tea? I don’t even eat/like donuts!! Going there was dicey, they didnt disappoint.

The AG Power plate (fried eggs, grilled chicken brst, avocado/tomato & dill) breakfast was spot on & will become my go to, I also appreciated the available lunch menu & promptly ordered a salad and an order of their sidechicks-chicken nuggets & cucumber/tomato salad for later.

Their chicken nuggets…not prepared like any nuggets I’ve eaten before…they are light & crispy, non greasy & sparsely seasoned in a way that leaves room for chicken that actually tastes like chicken…if that makes sense. I would describe them as “clean” chicken nuggets? Soooo good, I’m not kidding. My salads were aesthetically pleasing in simple packaging & tasted like they looked, fresh & crispy.

As a person who’s tried most of the eateries on that strip, I’m confused as to why the donut shop has secondary, non-donut options that rival if not best, the neighboring eateries that actually proport to specialize in those foods specifically, will not name names…weird.

Can’t tell u a thing about their pastries but I’m sure they’re delicious.

Great food & the young man that greets & cashes the customers out, the one wh skin that looks like 100% pure, high end, melted cacao is sweet & patient wh old ladies that take up too much time asking questions wh obvious answers. I don’t really cook & I’m not a fan of fast food establishments or chain restaurants at all, so quality restaurants wh fresh/palatable foods are a real lifeline for me…I can assure you, this place isn’t hit or miss, it’s a sure shot. 10/10. I’m not a liar.

This is a case of expectations versus reality. Social media the apple fritter looks absolutely stunning. Chunky, well fried, nice apple pieces, everything you would look for.

But when you go in that’s not what you get. Well that’s not what I got. I got a flat, mushy, under fried, soggy, apple less, grease cake.

I tried to reach out directly to discuss maybe a bad day or had a new guy on the fritters but no response.

So I’d have to say poor food, poor service, abut the space itself is decent. Small but sufficient.

We came her at 10 am on January 16. We ordered donuts (2) some drinks (coffee and fountain drinks) and some hot food items (folded egg, little kids breakfast and chicken minis).

We recieved donuts and fountain drinks right away. It took about 15 minutes for the coffee (americano), and we waited 45 minutes before leaving WITHOUT the rest of our order. My son was extremely hungry and we expected the food to be quicker than that. It was an order at the counter, grab a number and sit (basically grindhouse). Only this place was running behind.

The establishment had a steady flow of customers with some breaks in between as far as inside patronage was concerned. However, I noticed there were a lot of to-go orders. People came and picked up and left.

They have windows at the front where you can see them cooking and none of the meals there looked remotely like anything we ordered.

Im not sure how backed up they were or how they organize the orders but I know we were tired of waiting. I left and didnt even ask for a refund because I could feel myself getting upset and chose to leave.

I cant control other people or tell them how to organize their kitchen or orders or make assumptions on what was going on.

But I can control myself and go to Chick-fil-A and eat within 15-20 minutes. I could have waited and seen what would have happened but I just didnt want to invest anymore time on an investment that was yielding no return.

Just like I wont be returning to their diner.

This place was great! I only gave it 4 stars because the flavor difference between doughnuts was very minimal. They all tasted very similar even though they are very different flavors. I would have loved to experience more differences in the flavors. Overall I would be back. The vibe was awesome. Doughnuts were great. There was seating outside next to a hotdog place that provided great covering. They Hero Doughnuts patio has less covering but is surrounded by pretty flowers. The atmosphere is bright and inviting. They also offer more food options that I want to try next time!

The food was decent but the portions were smaller than expected, especially given the higher prices. Burgers and chicken sandwiches arrived quickly and were finished before a salad even made it to the table which made the timing feel off. Overall, a decent meal, but the value and pacing could definitely be improved. I don’t see myself coming back.
