Absolutely disgusting! They’re not even trying anymore! Our family goes here probably four times a month. About a year ago I gave it a four star rating. I’ve changed it to a one star now because they have been slacking so bad over the past several months: dry meat, old fries, egg shells in the breakfast burritos. Our recent trip however pushed me over the edge and I’m never going back. This is the second time in a row that it’s happened…day(s) old french fries being used in the breakfast burritos. Usually the french fries are white/golden brown like everywhere else. But the past two times we’ve gone there the french fries that they put in the breakfast burritos are clearly old. And I don’t mean hours old, I mean days old. I’ve included a picture. In the picture they may look burned but that’s not what’s going on. These french fries have been reheated somehow (but they were very soggy so they probably were not refried in the deep fryer). I’m a home chef so I know that they have been reheated more than once. And the taste was horrible! I pulled out as many as I could so that I could take a picture. They were like this in all three of the burritos that we ordered. Three people ate them and two of us had stomach problems later in the night. I could understand if this was a simple mistake but they knowingly put those in all three burritos. They could visually see that there was a problem so why did they use them?! I would have happily waited 5 or 10 minutes for fresh food, especially considering it’s almost $8 per burrito. I’m so disappointed in them. (The yellow things in the picture are eggs, all of the brown stuff are french fries).

This food did not taste good at all. I ordered my family asada fries, asada nachos, and tacos. Tacos were big but the food was horrible. There were no beans on anything, the meat did not taste good. To bad the food was so nasty because the people working there are nice. Was looking forward to making this my spot, the location on Mission in front of the Tikki drive in is way better.

Ordered almost $25 worth of drive-through food only to find that their Carne Asada taco grande without the tortilla and all the garnishing ends up being an inch high Styrofoam cup with a white lid with very little meat in it and guess what… $4.99 And no I don’t compare supermarket prices for Carne Asada to drive-thru because there’s other elements involved but come on now… $7.99 – $8.99/lb Compared to this tiny container? It’s laughable and the staff that night at 9:13 PM on 02.01.25 did not seem to care. I tried looking for their corporate headquarter 800 # but to no avail, but I’ll see this through because after all, it is the principle that counts. Very disappointed with Alberto‘s of Mountain Avenue in Ontario, California. The stuff did not seem to care. You could see the size of the star from cup that they served the meat in because I asked for meat, you would have to. It’s what restaurants used to put two wedges of lemon in to go, and it was $4.99? yeah right.

Absolutely horrified with my experience at this Alberto’s today (10/9/2022). I ordered two carne asada burritos and an order of french fries. I got home and sat down to eat and after a few bites of a burrito a worm fell out. I’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue until tonight. I went back and complained and they did refund me. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.

Horrible service!!! They call this a burrito??? I paid $6.50 for it, went back after i saw it and they said they can only give me $6 back? Because i possibly bit into it already??? Soo mad!!! Im reporting this place to BBB!

I went to this place because my other place was closed this is not the 1st time I have been disappointed. I ordered fish tacos the fish was hard and almost burnt. It had no flavor and the tortillas seemed to be old and very hard to bite through. I should have went with my first instinct and drove to the one on mission…lesson learned
