Sat in the drive through forever waiting on the food. They had me back up after they got the money I guess so the timer would go off. When we got the food and pull out. It was wrong. One burger was wrong totally. The vegan burger my daughter said was pink. And my chicken looked well warmed a few times over. We did not turn around because I figured it would do no good and they had 10 cars in line didnt have forever to wait. Never again.

I visited this location (11/20) during rush/lunch hour. I want to give a kudos to the team. Despite it being very busy, they maintained warm attitudes, communicated with one another, and my food was hot! The young lady on the register was new (I assume) but she greeted people as they walked in despite feeling nervous. There was someone I observed being difficult with them and very picky about certain things and yet the remained very professional and tried to accommodate her as best they could. Keep up the great work!

Was 11:30 and coming to pick up a DoorDash and it seemed there was no one in the building with the lights all on. Dont think there was even a car in the parking lot. I ordered the how to train your dragon meal, but that is not what I got. The meal is suppose to come with cheese sticks, viking sunday, strawberry lemonade, and the dragon flame burger. I have added a picture of what the meal is advertised to have. I would like a replacement. I tried calling but noone answered.

Speaker at the drive thru wasn’t working properly so we kept trying to repeat everything 2-3 times so finally we just said we would just order face to face. Went up to the window started ordering once more, by the time we got to our 3rd item to order, the girl taking the order immediately told us the total and we were still ordering. Our order was only 4 items total. Just drove away. Horrible communication.

I walked out of the one in Madison a while back. If you go stick to the drive through…you don’t want to see what goes on behind the counter. Let them keep $9 because I had zero confidence in the ability to process a refund and I wanted everything out of my sight immediately if not sooner.

I did a pick up order from this location a couple of months ago. About 30 minutes after placing the order I arrived to pick it up and for some reason, even with no customers, the order wasn’t ready and had to wait 10-15 minutes. And it wasn’t late, this was between 6 and 7 pm. One of things I ordered was an original chicken sandwich meals which tasted like it was fried in very old grease and so did the onion rings.

Literally one of the worst run Burger King locations I’ve ever been in. If they get your order right, consider yourself blessed. I ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant sandwich this morning received the flattest and saddest piece of bread with two pieces of ham on it. And don’t even bother wasting your time talking to management. The store should just be closed down because it’s an embarrassment to the Burger King franchise.

Went here for dinner one night. They recently remodeled the place and it looks so much better than it used to. The wait was a little slow for a fast food place but the food came out hot and it was good. I will be coming back!

Employees were playing and NOT working. They were cussing and playing and laughing. For 15 minutes all employees were in the back and no one was cooking or cleaning or serving customers. The language was horrible. Hopefully corporate FIRES everyone on this shift. Pitiful.
