Terrible experience at this store for the second time. The first time, I pulled into the drive-thru and they immediately informed me that they didn’t have any taco bell. Not a big deal, because we were in the mood for chicken that day anyhow. Before I could say anything, the guy says, “oh we don’t have any chicken either.” I’m at a KFC/Taco Bell, they don’t have any tacos or chicken!? Thinking he was joking I asked “are you serious”and to my surprise, they were definitely serious. Naturally, I said nevermind and went rlsewhere. So I decided to try again. This time, I put in my order online and arrived at the store at 8:25 PM. I checked the tracker, and my order was complete and ready to be picked up. I sent my husband in, (since they told me I couldn’t pick up in drive-thru) at 8:42 he came back empty handed and said they didn’t have the order. Thankfully, I had the reciept in my phone, so I went inside myself. Pure CHAOS! People complaining about their order, people wondering where their order was, someone walked in claiming they were in the drive-thru and received the wrong order. The lady at the counter took the bag, went to the back, came out and handed the guy a separate bag and apologized. The lady in front of me wanted to pick up her mobile order and was told it wasn’t ready, despite the tracker saying otherwise. At this time I speak up and say “mine says it was done at 8:25” she asks my name, goes to the back comes back with a bag (that I’m pretty sure was just brought back in by the drive thru guy) hands it to me and turns to the next customer. No drinks, food was all there but considering it was done at 8:25 and I didn’t get it until 8:53, it was cold and soggy.

Great place to get a variety of fast food options. Having the ability to order from both KFC and Taco Bell makes for a unique dining experience. This specific location will only allow app usage for the KFC app though, which limits Taco Bell selections as they exclude any online-only options. On the flipside though, the prices for the Taco Bell side are markedly cheaper than at other locations, which helps balance out the lack of online features. It is also a very cold dining area, regardless of the season, with the indoor temperatures routinely kept around low 60s, so if you’re someone sensitive to the cold you may want to bring a jacket with you if you intend on dining inside here. Their main counter does tend to lack a bit in cleanliness, often condiment packets are found exploded and left in the display bins, making the rest of the entire bin rather messy. Thankfully though the dining tables are kept quite clean in comparison.

I go here once a year to see if the store is being managed any better; not today. Missing food from a drive-thru order. How do you forget the nacho cheese for the nacho fries) and they skimped on all the ingredients for my crave box. And my burrito was meat and cheese in a soft taco shell wrapped in a burrito shell..?

It takes too long to get orders most of the time and the tacos taste as if someone was asking a cigarette into the taco meat. Everytime I have been here, it has been a mediocre to terrible experience.

Took 30 minutes from ordering to get my food and then my cinnamon twist has absolutely not even one grain of cinnamon or sugar on them! Never again will I stop here

This place wasn’t so bad a few years back, but it’s definitely gone down hill since. The food is typically cold or luke-warm, the workers tend to be unfriendly for the most part. There’s a few nice ones, but it’s not the majority for sure. They will forget to give you your whole order too, and on top of that, the place isn’t exactly clean.

We were the only customers in the building. We waited for a bit and were not acknowledged by the staff. Finally a worker yelled toward the back that there were customers at the counter. We left, hungry and annoyed.

everytime i go here they mess something up. the women have terrible attitudes and are also not dressed appropriately for work. i only wait 10-20 minutes everytime i’m there. they definitely need better management and some more training classes.

If I could give it zero stars, I would, the staff does not care about doing anything that they’re supposed to. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes before someone even took my order. Then we waited outside 20 minutes for them to bring us our food. they forgot all the sauces that I asked for and then when I went inside, they hadn’t served the entire lobby so I couldn’t even get sauces then

We enjoy the food here, but wow talk about lack of cleaning, I can guarantee your bare arm sticks to the table, just lack of cleanliness, garbage often on the floor here. The inside needs a total make over, soon I expect “fire hazard” signs it’s plenty greasy.
Wear crummy clothes and bring a disposable table cloth, the chicken is worth it or you can chance the drive thru.
