Parking is terrible because of the Jazzercise place next door. It’s not Little Caesars fault, but it is what it is. Store is always understaffed. You enter and the employees seem like they are hiding out. Come during lunch and it’s worse. You ask for a lunch combo and there’s a good chance they look at you blankly like they’ve never heard of that before – then ask if you want a hot and ready. I’ve had several orders messed up pretty badly and when you go back to get it corrected, you get the blank look again. No “whoops- let me fix that for you.” It’s almost like evasion of any personal responsibility is the first thing in the employee handbook. That said, the food is what it is and if you get your order correct, then the food is good.

Where are the managers at bc it should not be taking over 2 hours and only two workers there and I seen a door dasher there waiting for so long that the customer that was getting a order there came there to see what was going on with they ordered and I never seen that for before but I did at this one and that is not right and if lil Caesars is see this I hope to God they see this and all of the rest of the 1 Star review and do something about this place bc they got bad management and the people that are working there rude because I turn around and asked excuse me twice and they didn’t even bothered to come to the front so I can cancel an order because they were taking so long and then they finally got up there and after 5 minutes to about 10 minutes of saying excuse me they had my order ready never again will I never order from that place again and I will be letting all my family and friends know not to go to this place never go there in the first and we’ll be telling them to find a different Little Caesars and hope they don’t have the same problem’s as this place did. I’ve order pizza from this location few times. Every single time it is crowded, people waiting hour plus for their order. This location needs to be managed better than this for a national chain. Service is 0 star, always under staffed. Little ceaser corporate needs to look into this. Today its been 2 hours and no pizza yet.

I honestly felt bad for the two guys that were there working last night. My order did take about two hours and it was just one pizza. They were literally slammed with orders and they were trying their best to get all the orders out. Management needs to do better and make sure they’re well staffed. A lot of rude customers screaming and yelling at them about their orders taking so long when u could clearly see how bad they were struggling. My respects also to does customers that were a little more understanding. I could tell that they were about to cry and honestly if I was them I would have closed the store and left because no way I would be dealing with all the rude customers telling them to hurry up when clearly they had tons of orders. They’re not robots. I don’t blame the two workers that were there more the manager that didnt provide enough help especially in the weekend when it’s most likely to be busier.

This location unfortunately lacks of good timing and customer service. They are always short staffed reason why I stopped coming so often since this is my favorite pizza. If you are willing to wait 45 to 1 hour for a pizza then go for it. They don’t have the hot and ready available like the promo says.

I love Little Caesars.It reminds me of the good old days. I don’t fault the these kids for not coming to the counter as soon as somebody comes in the door. Their whole lives , they’ve seen people order from kiosks in order online. If you don’t like the way the kids don’t react to the human being walking in the store , you need to blame capitalism , because that’s what did it

I would give them 0 star if I can. Ordered delivery at 5 pm to be delivered at 7pm. Pizza came 35 mins late ans they gave wrong order. I kept calling the store and no one ever picks up. Tried chatting online to grt a refund and now I need to wait 1 business day for them to research on this and get back to me. If was the first time I ever ordered from this place and definitely the last. Horrible pizza horrible experience

Just sharing a great experience I had at this Little Caesars Pizza on Spring Green. Went in to pick up a couple of pizzas for a scout meeting later in the evening and got to speaking with the GM, Veronica. She not only got our pizzas ready to go in jiffy, she also inquired about the scout troop and threw in cookies and another couple of pizzas for the adult volunteers. We appreciate community-minded folks and will be throwing them some business when we need that quick pizza.

This location appears to be short-staffed. I received a notification that our pizza was ready at 6:24 PM, and my partner entered the drive-thru at 6:26 PM. There was a black Beetle in front of us that also seemed to be waiting for an extended period. That vehicle eventually left the drive-thru, parked, went inside, and exited with their order.
Although our order was marked as ready, customers who went inside were prioritized. Neither the car ahead of us nor we were acknowledged in the drive-thru. During the wait, cars lined up behind us and began reversing due to the delay.
By 6:48 PM, I went inside while my partner remained in the drive-thru, and our pizza was handed over immediately; however, it was cold. No apology or explanation was provided.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.
