This is the worst Wingstop location I know. They never make my order correctly. I do online orders and always have to check them because there have been multiple occurrences where something was wrong. I decided to try one more time, and the order I received was atrocious. They just cook the chicken and pour the sauce over it instead of properly tossing it. I ordered hot honey rub and lemon pepper, and I’m not sure why the wings were wet when hot honey rub is supposed to be a dry seasoning. Don’t go here. They don’t even try to do things right. Sadly, this location is failing.

Terrible! Wings’ needed to be cooked longer, and were barely edible. Some wings we just threw away. Barely any seasoning on the wings. Fountain drinks were terrible. The fried corn was decent but lacked consistency in seasoning. They were overwhelmed inside with too many order. The two other people with me also hated their food. Waste of money. Went to fill survey and that isn’t even working either! Said my survey was already received.. hmm anyways never again

Service, food, environment, cleanliness, and background music were magnificent! I noticed that just right after people leave the table, Ms. Elizabeth, the lady at the register, was so patient and super friendly when she came to clean the whole area and that is a bonus! Also while my family and I were dining, we noticed a lot of people in and out ordering and picking up their orders which means this place has a good team and staff. Highly recommended! Kudos for Ms Elizabeth & the wings!

Long Story Short – Complete Chaos. Yes it was Superbowl Sunday, but when you order at 5.15pm and it says pick up ready in 4 to 9 minutes and you wait there with over 30 people (only 3 staff in the kitchen), nobody knows what food is processed, the cook not knowing what is next and even after telling your name twice and still nothing done. You then get your food at 6.50pm YES 6.50pm, the food tasted terrible completely overcooked, no flavor on all 4 flavors, fries undercooked and overseasoned. I went home and out of disgust threw it all away. What a waste of time and money. (There were people who had ordered and they couldn’t even find there order and didn’t care and left them standing). Stay away.

Everything cold fries are just mush. Wings have got a good taste but would be better if they were warm. The app said 16 to 20 minutes I got there in 16 food was ready but cold I don’t see how that can be.

Last night around 11:30 PM I ordered 30 wings for pick up upon arrival. I was waiting in the car observing the restaurant as my food was still being processed and I noticed that there was a lot of cross-contamination going on. I observed a gentleman touching raw chicken, then touching a trash bag, then going back wiping the counters without washing his hands. I also observed a female, who looked like a manager doing the same. The young gentleman that attended me was very kind at the register when I walked in, but he too, was not properly trained on how to clean. I noticed that he had grabbed a rag went to the bathroom to clean, and with that same rag came back to the register, handed me a cup in his other hand and did not wash his hands, then proceeded to wipe the counter with the same rag, went into the bathroom with, the younger generation needs proper training that young man did not know what he was doing with older staff being there they should know not to use rags trash and then go back to touching the food. You are going to serve to the community. Added photos but blocked out faces to respect privacy but as you can see one holding the chicken with no gloves, then grabbing a rag and cleaning gross

Check your order before leaving the store. Ordered 30 boneless wings…..got home has bones. Ugh. Called them and was told to bring back the food I purchased already (what??) So I did. Went to pu my correct order and it was true to what was ordered. I was able to keep the boned wings and legs…but seriously….u can’t resell them anyway. Food ok….but check your order b4 leaving. Glad I live close enough to turn around and drive back. No apology either.

As much as I like the food here. This restaurant has gone downhill. Recently the app hasn’t been letting me make payments, once I finally worked I realized I messed up my order and had to cancel it, there is no cancel button in the app so I had to cancel over the phone, attempted to call the restaurant over 20 times all of which went to busy, when I did get a response I was told that I couldn’t be refunded because the order was completed, I was attempting to call for over 15 minutes. Do not come here if you don’t wanna lose money

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo with no heat and again way to hot and no drink was delivered. How hard is it to get a order correct. Everything was spelled out on the receipt and nothing was correct.

Love the wings and fries! Staff is totally untrained but friendly and welcoming. They do not know the product. There seems to be a language barrier. It is rare that we get what we ordered. Music too loud!
