I go to the food court very very often and I always see the employees being very kind. One of them is John and he is very nice and patient– they are patient with the disabled groups that often come to the food court. That being said, there is also one rude employee that had told me to “read the sign” when we hadn’t even talked yet and I wasn’t aware they weren’t open to people ordering at the counter yet. But those two other employees that work at the register are saints.

After this wendys reopened with new owners it’s a mess. During hours of operation they’re playing loud rap music and can’t hear their customers. Want sauce besides ranch or ghost pepper?, put of luck. Want apple juice or chocolate milk?, out of luck. I only ordered 2 4 pce chicken kids meals and was served behind 3 other customers, who ordered after me (and one ordered a 10 pce meal?!). Then I watched a worker slide over the counter they put food on. Such a shame to see it like that. I won’t return.

Everyone who is a fan of Wendy’s knows what to expect. I like this particular location because they have never made a single mistake on any of my orders. I don’t want to jinx it, but hopefully they maintain their now famous attention to detail. Fries are always hot and fresh, never dealt with soggy or stale anything at this location. Looking for a quick, cheap, and satisfying bite of something delicious, this is the spot, tell them Sark sent you ❤️

Let me start by saying that the young man young who helped me was very nice it was busy he was multitasking nothing bad to say about him… But MARK was so rude to John and incompetent….If Mark is a manager you need to hire a new one, the way he was talking to John was so disrespectful. Also John was doing nothing wrong he was helping me, Mark actually screwed up, my making my order take longer. He also screwed up other customers order… Learn how to talk to people with respect.

I am left Absolutely Disgusted today as my Bacon Cheese Burger was awful with the flavor and also the bun it was not as I was hoping for. There’s only one girl employee who I know is nice we are friendly to each other and she’s very respectful. I am Never going there again after today.

All of the one star reviews are correct. Terrible service. Bad attitudes. Wrong food. My daughter had a bacon cheeseburger..missing the bacon..last week and it had an awful smell to it. Thank God my daughter didn’t wind up in the hospital. She ate half of the burger before telling me. I saved what was left of the burger just in case she got sick. Never again.

While ordering at the kiosk, i asked the cashier about extra sauce. She mumbled that you had to do it with her then walked away. She did not return to allow me extra sauce purchase. When we got our food, we again asked about extra sauce and another employee said read the sign and walked away. Absolutely disgusting customer service. As we opened our bag to eat, i noticed that my double stack biggie bag that I ordered, contained a 2 bite burger, single patty not double and fries that were upside down in the bag. If i were able to rate negative stars I would. I recommend that everyone eat somewhere else, not this cesspool of horrible service and food.

I ordered via the app and had the biggie meal with the salted caramel frosty. Was told they didn’t have any despite no ‘Not available ‘i was told that I would have known if I saw the sign. Look at my pic to see the sign and you won’t see anything about caramel frosties. I asked for a lemonade a was told it wasn’t comparable and they were too busy to make one anyway. I got a coke. The coke also happens to not be comparable with being 50 cents cheaper. I don’t care too much about the 50 cents but I do care about how corporations keep nickel and diming customers. 1 incident like this costs me 0.50. Ten is $5 and one hundred is $50 and so on. The staff was alright. Could have been better but could have been worse too. Food is meh. Wendys fries aren’t good but that isn’t just a problem here. I ordered without onions but that may have been some mistake I made on the app.
