Terrible experience with unhinged manager. Discrimination against the disabled. Would not hand my Instcart order thru drive-thru window. My food. I ordered, I paid. Even though I am disabled and have trouble walking they insisted I walk inside to hand me the bag that was in their hand. I showed her my permanently disabled hangtag and disabled ID. I am unable to walk well so I refused to go inside to get the bag that was a few feet from me. She had the bag with my food in her hand. She called the police on me. She then called me entitled and said I wanted her to break the rules. She said if she let me break the rules, then everyone would want to break the rules. Anarchy! Then she went on a rant about politics and her personal issues. Only thing I’m uncertain of is…. am I permanently banned from all Buger Kings or just this one?

The egg and cheese biscuit tasted so badly freezer burned that I ended up spitting out the last bite i took, and threw it in the trash can. The hash rounds taste like the oil they’re fried in needs to be changed, but I’m eating them because I’m HUNGRY.
The mocha iced coffee was delightful.
The guy who took my order seemed to be working almost alone, but he was very pleasant.

So it’s been years since I’ve been to Burger King. Not good but not bad. The thing that stuck out to me the most was the Whooper’s major reduction in size. Onion rings are what seems to be pretend food, I say this because I didn’t find a single onion in them.

I went in there with my husband the worker sitting outside rudely said “If your wanting anything your gonna have to go through drive through.” We were on foot!! The doors to the lobby were locked! There wasn’t a sign stating the lobby would be closed

I ordered in the drive thru. it was a #2 medium, extra onion, no cheese, with a Dr pepper. I added a bbq cup at the window. The man at the windows was not very nice. No smile, I tried to be very polite bit he wouldn’t even respond to me. When he handed me my food, he said “I put salt in your bag.” Tho I didn’t ask for any, I did appreciate it. I asked him if the BBQ cup i added was in there. It was not. He gave it to me. I said thank you and he shut the window. The Fries were fresh and hot which I also appreciated but my double whopper only had 1 patty on it. I was already home when I started eating my sandwich. I did try to call twice but they never answered.
I have worked fast food for many years. I know it can be hard sometimes but it is your job! There weren’t even any cars ahead of me and you still didn’t get it right.

We were the only ones in line at drive thru at 1100am. We waited 15 minutes on food after they told us to drive forward and wait. When they brought food we were missing one of 2 sand. I drove back around. She had forgotten to put it in my bag. Service at this bk isn’t bad it’s terrible! That’s why business is so bad. Had prob multiple times. Long waits. Slowest drive thru in Spfld.

People working here can’t listen/hear and then can’t speak loud enough. They make you pull up and wait even tho Noone is line behind you. They just want their numbers and times to be good. This location is getting worse and worse
