It’s official. I’m off McD’s forever. I had a late lunch through the drivethru at 12 and John R. Lady at window is smiling and friendly. I get my coffee and fish sandwich and head home. The coffee is so awful I couldn’t add enough cream and sugar to make it palatable to drink, so that got thrown out. Then came the rub- the fish sandwich had a hard bun and (wait for it) A HAIR in the tartar sauce. Not a little hair, someone’s long hair. Why are hair nets not being used in a food prep establishment??? EWWWWWW!!! So there you have it. Eat at your own risk. I won’t be joining you.

My recent experience at McDonald’s was shockingly bad from start to finish. I placed a mobile order and confirmed it at the speaker, only to wait an unacceptable five minutes at the first window without receiving a receipt. The line was backed up, and the manager was audibly screaming at the employees, creating a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere.

When I finally inquired about my order, I was told it had been given to someone else. The same manager then screamed again, adding to the confusion. The employee who assisted me was apologetic, but the overall experience was ruined by the manager’s behavior and the mix-up with my order. Additionally, the manager was not wearing a hairnet or a name badge, which raises concerns about hygiene and accountability.

Upon arriving home and taking a bite of my sandwich, I discovered a piece of paper inside. To make matters worse, the sticker on the cheese indicated it had expired over an hour before I picked up my order at 8:50 PM.
Attempting to resolve the issue, I called the store and corporate twice but received no response or resolution. The manager even accused me of not going to the speaker, despite my order being confirmed. This level of incompetence, disregard for food safety, and overall poor management is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this location until significant improvements are made.

My wife placed a mobile order last night…got our food and went back to the hotel… I took one bite of my double quarter pounder and it crunched in my mouth…I was horrified. I opened the burger up and the most burned cremated two patties were on my burger. It was obvious this was burned to a crisp..and that someone looked at this… decided they were going to sell it anyway… and melted more cheese on top. I’ve managed restaurants for 20 years and NEVER seen anything like this served to anyone. The GM replaced my entire meal, but whoever decided to sell me the Mc Cremation… needs to be let go.

My boyfriend and I have been ordering from here for years and never had an issue until today. As my boyfriend was eating his 20 piece, he got to the last few and noticed a half eaten nugget. That is absolutely disgusting. He is immunocompromised and something like this could have landed him in the hospital. We will NOT be coming here or to ANY McDonalds ever again.

The drive thru line can get very long, although it usually moves fairly fast. I dined in the restaurant and the service was good, the food was hot, and the quality was about what you’ve come to expect from McDonald’s. If you’re not ordering from the $1 / $2 / $3 value menu, prices can be rather high in relation to the quality of the offerings. If you’re in the BJ’S parking lot, the smell of the grease is hard to escape.

They listened when i asked for extra onions and pickles, first time ever! I wish I would have caught both gentlemen’s names, one had a Halloween costume on. (How fun!)

Food was fresh, especially because it was slow so I’m sure they haven’t been busy.

They did a great job, wish I would have ordered more!

EVERY SINGLE time we go here they mess up the order and you are ALWAYS waiting.
I buy 2 happy meals and a reg meal with burgers just cheese. I mean how hard is it.
We live at 12 & Mound but go to 12 & John R so that at least its right.

My sandwich was contaminated with something that was not food. It was so bad we could not eat the rest of the meal. I reached out to corporate through the “contact us” link and was ignored after one exchange. I spoke with the manager here and she was extremely rude. I didn’t think a $25 refund was so much to ask for with such a terrible experience. If I go to a McDonald’s again, it will never be this one. Stay away.

I ordered the 20 piece nugget deal with two fries and two medium drinks. I was disappointed the texture of the meat was ruff and the fries were barely warm. This normally my go to location but these last two visits have been disappointing. I wish I have taken it back for a re make. Very disappointed

Beyond irritated with this place screwed up my order gave me a dry ass big mac that had onions when im allergic. fries have way 2 much salt got screwed on my monopoly pieces cause they gave me old boxes. Fast food is definitely not what it use 2 be.
