I eat at this location a couple times a month and it is always a great experience.
The food is always well prepared and delicious. The staff is attentive, friendly and professional. Chloe, vanessa, and Alissa always do a wonderful job.
I get the sweet pork burrito with the green sauce. Would highly recommend.

I’ve only gone through the drive through here but the service was great. The food was as expected, fresh and flavorful and my wife loves their pulled pork quesadilla. The drive through is a double drive through so there are quick to serve a lot of people. No complaints.

Look what I found in my burrito! As you can see, I set the label aside and finished the burrito. It was delicious. If anyone cares, it was picked up at the drive through 9/5/2025 6:24 PM.

To management, if the restaurant is filled with smoke, please air it out before letting customers in. Fix the situation before exposing the public to smoke. It’s a breathing hazard for your customers and especially for your employees. Possibly you need better cooking methods or a better exhaust/air venting system. Had to walk right out after walking in. This should be management 101. I’ve never been in a restaurant with this level of poor air quality.

Stopped in while on vacation and it was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant looked newer and really clean and organized. Highly recommend, its on our list of places to eat whenever we are in town.

I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience tonight at Costa Vida. I placed an online order at 6:57 PM and arrived at the drive-through around 7:05-7:10 PM. Despite the estimated wait time being 7:30 PM, I arrived in person and usually that would bring our order to the top per usual, but not this time. I was forced to wait an excessive amount of time, only to be told that my order was at the bottom of the online orders and would be required to pull around and get in at the back of line. Stunned at the bad service and just hungry I got back in line behind a wave of new people ordering. To resolve the situation, I asked for two free entrée coupons, but this was denied by both drive-through staff and corporate and the manager of the store. It surprises me how all these employees to this company is willing to hide behind company policy and be unwilling to accept that they provided bad service at this time and try to resolve an issue with a customer. This is unacceptable, I will never eat here again.

My family and I love the food here but the customer service was questionable. I could not hear the cashier due to how quiet she was speaking. she gave me the wrong thing I ordered and when I tried to correct it she walked away to prepare the item I didn’t even want, so I feel bad for having her prepare it for me to not want it. After this the only table that was open was not cleaned off and we noticed no one sat there the entire time we were ordering. I just find it confusing to work in customer service and not be able to speak loudly and have others hear you, or you not understanding what someone is trying to order after multiple times of you telling them.
