First and last visit to this restaurant. walking to the restaurant, kind of bland, made me a little worried about food quality. I ordered a specialty plate. The boneless spare ribs I think we’re spoiled, the chicken fingers I agree with everyone else the oil they use is disgusting. They put that same oil on the white rice I ordered. The only thing I could actually eat in the order I got was the two beef teriyaki’s which were actually very good. Now I have to go find lunch somewhere else and wasted 14 bucks

Hole in the wall but great food usually. Service is a little rough as they appear to be short handed all the time. Reminds me of a NJ hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant- that is meant as a solid compliment! Will continue to order from here.

Food was a waste of money, their chicken was chewy and stringy. Their fried rice was just yellow rice. And the chicken fingers left a thick almost clear liquid on the bottom of the container which was just gross.

Have been a customer for a very long time at least 5 years today I called and a women told me I can no longer do pork lo mein in combo for years it been 3 dollars extra they now force you to buy separate order of lo mein, rather just call somewhere that will accommodate the customer very unfortunate have always given great tips gentleman is very nice but definitely do not appreciate nickel and diming loyal customers!

One of the worst Chinese spots I’ve ever had. They’re nothing like the ones back in New York. New York Chinese so fat, is exponentially better !! The general tso’s chicken is too big to bite when hot and it’s kinda mushy. It should be kinda crunchy !! The yellow rice I had looked off. I didn’t like how it looked. Take my advice and down size your general tsos chicken, then make it crunchy !!

Really great food for a great price!!! Guy at the front is always polite and friendly with customers. He even brought the food out to the car for my grandmother. Food is really tasty and you get what you pay for.

I agree with other reviewers… this food is good. However, a discriminating palate is going to lean toward CHANGE your frying oil. That distasteful oil lends a less than desirable undertone to the food. I will order again, I’m just hoping someone takes this recommendation to heart.

Very disappointed, had to pick thru the boneless spareribs because they were so fatty and what’s up with all that glossy sugary coating on it? To much finishing oil on food. Yuck! Fried rice? More like yellow microwave rice no flavor, no pork in it. Had to throw it out didn’t even feel comfortable giving it to my dog’s for fear they would get diarrhea or vomit. I will not be back, I can’t believe some of the reviews of this place saying the food is good.I will stick with Cheng’s garden out of Enfield ct, no msg in food, always fresh good tasting food, portions are great and quality has always been on point.
