My little son wanted an all red cake for his birthday. This DQ was the only one who had a cake with a decent amount of red on it. It had a red drizzle that was kinda cool for a kid. When I ordered it, I made a note that for anything custom it should be red because he wanted red! They went ahead and made the ENTIRE cake red with everything red that they could! My little man was so stoked. Thank you so much for doing that, I really appreciate it! Made his birthday that much more special! 🙂 What a great, thoughtful team!

I was in the drive thru last week and the wait time was extremely long. When I got to the window the waitress was short and rude. I observed 2 other employees working begind the counter taking out garbage without gloves on. Then both of the girls either made treats or placed food on trays for pick up. I made a comment to the rude window waitress and she argued with me that they did not touch the trash and food. The manager came refunded my money, walked right past the staff while they served more food and did not instruct them to go wash hands before handing out more food. So glad I witnessed this at the window so me or my family didnt get sick. Do better DQ

this place is absolutely FILTHY! there’s flies everywhere, gunk on the damn tables and the window looks like a little kid rubbed their greasy hands on it!! it’s NASTY! none of the tables are wiped down either, it’s disgusting.

After a hot day of flying drone with grand daughter we desided to stop at Dairy Queen for ice cream. I had a blizzard strawberry with chocolate pieces. She wanted ice cream in a cup. Stayed inside to enjoy the treats as it was 110 f outside and ice cream doesn’t do well when it’s that hot. The service was fast friendly and yes young people working that were busy cooking, making treats and cleaning tables. Been there before and there food was very good. Burgers were good fries also good. Sure glad granddaughter suggest DQ. Will be coming back,

We came to your place on Sunday which was yesterday. The ice cream was good but I heard one of your staff member say that the AC have been down for two days already and personally I think that was absolutely rude and disrespectful to your coworkers and your customers with how hot it was down in Lewiston it was 107° That is unhealthy.

I always love the burgers and ice cream they have, it’s much better than McDonalds in my opinion. They were really helpful when I asked for an allergy list because I wanted to make sure what my mom was getting was gluten free because she is allergic. They have a nice system of numbers that they give you to hold onto, and they all seemed very kind. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there, and I just always loved it. I would recommend to anyone who likes fast food and ice cream.

The food is good but they need to do some cleaning. It doesn’t look like it has had a good cleaning in a long time. And every time I go there the chocolate ice cream is not working or it is too soft. The food is good. They need to do a lot of cleaning. And some painting .
