This location has the worst customer service of any of locations, which is saying a lot considering the bar is extremely low. You walk in only to not just be ignored but treated as an inconvenience. Trouble is I have to deliver for them through apps otherwise I would never go her

This place is absolutely terrible. The full switch to kiosk meant they walked up the view of the kitchen, where leathery chicken nuggets and cold fries come from. In the drive thru you have a small view of employees dropping sauces on the floor then tossing them back in the box. And I’m not sure anyone could make a lazier McFlurry where it’s just Oreo on top and pure vanilla ice cream the rest of the way. The soda machine is ultimately gone, so if you can get anyone’s attention you might get a refill.

The service was terrible. I ordered a hot chocolate and waited 30 minutes for it. I went to ask and was told that the machine wasn’t working, so why did I wait 30 minutes? They couldn’t have told me right away. Instead of my hot chocolate, they gave me a terrible drink with a ton of ice. Thank you very much

I used to buy iced coffee often but now even tho I requested 1 milk comes back 50% milk. French fries hot one day cold the next day. I have given up!!

The food was pretty much standard McDonald’s, but the big problem was that I waited a little over an hour for my order and once I got it the staff essentially just threw it to me there wasn’t even a lot of people in there that day there was like a total of I think 7 people in the whole store and the drive through didn’t look that busy either
Hence my conclusion if you’re going to McDonald’s I would strongly recommend making that extra drive to go to a different location when possible

TERRIBLE EVERYTHING. I ordered an egg mcmuffin and I was thoroughly surprised when I found a pubic looking hair in my sandwich. I complained and they agreed they would give me another egg mcmuffin. I ripped the contaminated half off and threw it away whilst eating the uncontaminated half. All was well until I asked if they’re almost done and they said they can’t serve me because I ate the uncontaminated half sandwich. I didn’t want to throw away the full sandwich because that would have been a waste of food. Fools.

Tried the new mobile ordering app. It was easy to place but order was not ready for delivery upon arrival. This location recently was remodeled inside and has nice furnishings. It has two of the new self order kiosks, but it doesn’t save you time, just saves them labor. This location is open late and a convenient location. BUT..Food quality, assembly, and customer service score VERY poorly here. Have had incorrect orders, burnt dry burger patties, and shorted items. This was how my quarter pounder deluxe and fries were served… then how they were repaired. They should have offered replaced, not just slap on the missing lotus and mayo. Fries were then cold. Check your order before you drive away!

I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese and no pickles, and I feel like someone actually took the time to purposefully put in extra pickles and no cheese, instead. This had to be deliberate, and that’s sad because my wife and I were hella patient in the drive-thru and very thankful for the service despite how long the drive-thru line was.
