These people actually think pre making your coffee drinks is okay. It’s not humanly possible to have a latte waiting at the window just 10 seconds after the order is made. Unless it’s premade. Every day this happens. MAKE IT RIGHT OTTAWA STARBUCKS. You can do it! And there is a big difference in taste! Stop pushing that damn tip box at the customer also. A complete joke.

Their barista is friendly. The blended strawberry lemonade is so yummy. The breakfast sandwiches…lacking. A LOT! Over 5 bucks for a sandwich with more bread than anything else. Might stop in for a drink here or there, but will be far from a regular spot for breakfast.

I went through the drive-through today and ordered a pecan crunch oat latte hot, but it accidentally came out iced. I mentioned it at the window and even offered to come inside to wait, but the team insisted they’d bring the corrected drink out to me. Within just a few minutes, one of the baristas came out with my hot drink, all smiles, super professional, and even apologized for the wait. To my surprise, she also gave me a gift card for the mix-up—which honestly wasn’t even a big deal to me at all, but their gesture meant the world.

Stopped in for a Hot Caramel Macchiato and I don’t know if they’ve changed their recipes, suppliers or what but it was the worst caramel macchiato I have EVER got from Starbucks, it tasted watered down to be honest, sadly I was already 8 miles down the interstate before I took a drink so I couldn’t turn around, I hope this isn’t something that is normal, Starbucks has ALWAYS been my go to for coffee and coffee drinks. That being said, the service was stellar and the person at the window was very pleasant! The coffee was just awful

Ottawa Starbucks is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, hands down. My order is always right and If it’s not, they have no problem remaking it. They are all so kind and passionate about working there. I appreciate each of their great customer service especially Brian. Thanks for all you guys do!
