I ordered a medium drink with no ice and when they handed it to me the cup was literally half full. When I asked about it, the employee at the counter told me that since I ordered no ice, the half-filled cup was the “correct portion size.” I understand the explanation, but come on — how petty can a business be? We’re talking about maybe an extra few ounces of soda, not gold. It’s not even about the Coke at that point, it’s about how unbelievably cheap and nit-picky that is.
If your business is so desperate that you have to ration a few extra ounces of fountain soda to customers who paid for a medium drink, just say your business is struggling. Meanwhile, the five employees behind the counter all had their personal cups filled to the very top, which apparently doesn’t follow that same “portion size” rule. The double standard is pretty ridiculous. It’s a bad look when a place would rather argue over a splash of soda than just treat a paying customer reasonably.
NOTE: THEY HAVE 3 TVs ON FULL VOLUME BLASTING CNN!! WHAT THE HECK!

So apparently this is a “breakfast quesadilla”. this was how it was when I pulled it out of the sleeve, the rest of it had barely any ingredients at all and was pretty much empty.
its already overpriced as it is, this did not help.
I also ordered a apple caramel empanada which is significantly smaller than what is displayed. yes I know sometimes its to show things in more detail etc. but agin its over priced at $3 for something the size of maybe 2 golf balls with hardly any filling aswell.
not coming here again, more disappointment in fast food options reminding why I should make everything at home.

So I arrived at 9am. Ordered what I needed to order. Drive speaker was very polite and did ask if I wanted any sauce. I did specify how many sauces I needed. As I received my order….I drove away. I never did checked inside my bag till I got home. There was NO sauce in the bag and NO receipt in the bag. I was not upset but lets just say to put in a nice way “concerned”. I did call back to let them be more aware of it. So from this day forward…I will check my bag before I leave the drive-thru.

Don’t bother saying please or thank you to anyone here they don’t have any manners and will not reciprocate. They didn’t ask me what if any sauce I wanted so I had to turn and go back after I had already left, once I got the sauce I left and silly me for not checking that my order was correct I was shorted two tacos on my order and to add insult to injury they only cut two out of my three Mexican pizzas, At that point I was so furious, I will NEVER come back to this Taco Bell. The food was just like any other Taco Bell, nice up to date building inside and out.

When we got to Taco Bell, I noticed that the employees were very friendly and courteous, but seem to be very interested in being on their cell phones. The tables when we sat down to eat felt sticky, and the garbage receptacles were overflowing with trash. The food was decent. I think I was just aggravated that the employees could have been paying more attention to the condition of the restaurant and the customers instead of being on their cell phones.

This is a stand-up Taco Bell. Definitely one of the best Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The service was outstanding, the girl who took my order was very kind and friendly. My order was exactly accurate and came out very quickly even though I added an item to my order at the window. Food was very tasty. Only complaint I have it the chicken chipotle melt on the value menu is absurdly small. I get it’s only a dollar but if the beef burrito is also only a dollar they can definitely give you a little more in the chicken chipotle melt.

Wow. Manager was banging on the door while I tried to use the bathroom. Just had to piss. I asked him if it was him banging on the door. He said yes it’s not supposed to be locked! No signs or anything. Why does it have a lock then? Unbelievable
