I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Sonic is always a frustrating experience. The speaker system is terrible — no matter how loud I talk, they can never hear me. Today I was here with my husband, and even after repeating the order about 10 times, the person was still confused.
On top of that, they constantly get my food wrong. If I ask for something simple like no pickles or try to take a couple of things off my burger, it’s like they just ignore it. It feels like if you customize your food even a little, they just don’t bother doing it right.
It’s really disappointing because Sonic should be convenient, but instead it ends up being stressful and frustrating every time.

My kid was having a rough day and asked for a hot fudge sundae. We got her one from this place and she didn’t eat it. We asked her what was wrong and she said it tasted funny. The hot fudge was like a rock and the whole thing tasted burnt. They must have chipped the burnt remnants out of the pot and served it.

Ordered two drinks and a cheesy tots to continue our road trip. The car hop was very polite. When on the road my teen opened her tots and found not only unmelted American cheese but the tots were old and extra crunchy and cool to the touch. Double check your orders before leaving.

Emma at drive thru was very happy and sweet she was very helpful as for the cook when i checked my food i realized they forgot the chilli on my chilli cheese tots all they put was the cheese

This place needs some serious training. The lines were super long and the workers were extremely slow. Never repeated my order and never came back to speaker. Pulled up to window and order was never taken. Had to wait over 30 minutes from start to finish. To top it off they got order wrong.

My drink was made wrong so I asked if it could be remade correctly. The girl at the drive thru got upset and asked for my receipt, I showed it to her and let her know the drink also has light ice. Well she was so upset that I asked for my drink to be fixed that she filled the ENTIRE cup with ice then added the drink I paid for. She smiled and smirked then said have a great night. If you hate doing your job why not find a new one?
