The drive thru was incredibly slow. There were four cars (including myself), and it took 20+minutes. That wasn’t great, but I understand that these things happen, so i just waited.
The major issue i have is that i tried to order the $4 biggoe bite meal (like rhe $6 biggie bag, but you only pick 2 items, and no drink). The worker put in the order as a $6 biggie bag. I said “no. I ordered the $4 biggie bite…’ The worker rang it up again. So again, i gave the correct order. Wrong again.
I explained the biggie bite VS biggie bag and was told that they mo longer offer rhat meal. I explained that it us shown clearly on the menu and was told “no. We don’t have that.’
I was tired and frustrated and finally gave in and ordered the larger meal i didn’t want and left.

Waited for 10 minutes on our food for everything to be cold but a potato. Got a crispy chicken blt biggie bag a chili and a bacon cheese potato. ONLY THING HOT was my potato. And this is what it looked like

I’ve been to this location many a times. I can very confidently say that this Wendy’s location is SIGNIFICANTLY better than any of the other Wendy’s locations in the area. My order was taken quickly, I was greeted pleasantly by the lady at the window, my food was fresh, my sandwiches we’re made correctly/neatly, and I was on my way, all within 5 minutes!! If you’re in the area, definitely stop by this location! Don’t even waste your time at the other locations.

Thirty-five minutes in the drive-thru with only me and one car in front of me and nobody in the lobby. Pulled in and there was the one car at the speaker placing an order. Once they pulled forward, I pulled up to the speaker. The car in front of me had there food and was gone before my order was ever taken. Then, even though there was nobody else in line, they had me pull up and said someone would bring my food out to me. Ten minutes later they bring out my drinks. Almost ten minutes after that they finally brought out my food. Would give the service 0 stars if possible.

I genuinely hate this location I ordered chili cheese fries and a spicy chicken sandwhich with cheese only and I received nuggets and a sanwhich with mayo tomatoes and lettuce I normally won’t judge fast food too much as I also work in the industry but come on this is like the 5th time with this location something similar has happened

Count your days of trying to get breakfast at this store location. Open at 6:30 am but not servicing customer throug drive thru or inside at 7:30 AM. Messed up my child’s school morning trying get her some breakfast from this location. This not good service at all.
