Not Posting any food picture because I was busy eating all the items . Excellent test 10 on 10. Felt like I’m having proper India food with Indians Spices. I went there by searching on Google for first day and after having great food i ended up going everyday while my journey to Wales. BEST RESTAURANTS IN WALES FOR SURE. Do try this restaurant if you are Indian food lover. This restaurant will not disappoint you for sure.

So we travelled up to my gf parents in Bangor for Xmas/new year and we all decided to to have a takeaway on New year’s Eve from here which we have been a few times before and has always been good so we were all looking forward to it. Cut the story short my gf mum was vomiting all night, I had explosive diarrhea and could hardly get off the toilet (never spent new year on a toilet watching the London fireworks before lol) my gf had severe stomach cramps with the occasional trip to the toilet, her sister had a bad stomach also and her sister’s friend had to go home early coz she wasn’t feeling well, and now I’ve just found out a few other people who had a takeaway from here on N.Y.E had a similar experience. All I can say is the chefs and the place have let themselves down very much and order food from here at your own risk don’t say I didn’t warn you.

We had one night in Bangor and spent ages trying to decide where to eat. We were so glad we chose here.

I’ve had dozens of currys in different cities across the UK and this may have been the best ever. My son’s jaw dropped at how good it was and didn’t want to leave.

A real gem of a find that we absolutely loved. The food was wonderful, the service felt warm and friendly and we loved the classy curry house ambience.

Best Halal place to eat within half an hours drive. We were staying in the middle of Anglesey for around a week so tried different places in the area each night. We had a pleasant experience from our greeting while walking into the restaurant, the lovely waitress helping us to decide what to eat and the overall service and quality of food. Portion sizes were perfect, prices were reasonable. Two (very hungry) people with starters, main, dessert & drinks came to around £50. Will definitely reccomend.

Had an amazing meal at Bangor Tandoori! The curries were next-level—so much choice and every single one packed with flavour. The naan was fluffy and perfect for scooping up all that delicious sauce, and the biryani was absolutely banging. Even the poppadoms and chutneys came out swinging. We ordered a bit of everything and it turned into a full-on feast… zero regrets (except maybe not wearing stretchy trousers). Great food, chill vibes—definitely coming back!

food was delicious with lots of flavour, however it did cool down rapidly. Service was a letdown because it felt like we were being forced to leave. It was 20:30 and the advertised closing time is 22:00 but the background music was switched off and the waiters were hovering to clear our table in a hurry.

We visited here today and was really pleased we did.
The staff were friendly and approachable. The food was really good. We ordered Paneer Pakora, Chicken Pakora, Chicken tika jalfrazi, Lamb Karahi, mushroom rice and two nan breads. The meal cost was £36.50.
At the restaurant you bring your own alcohol in. There is a kwicksave directly opposite the restaurant so you can buy your wine and beer just before you go jn.
There is some on street parking and there is a small car park near to the restaurant.
We booked before we arrived and the restaurant was full half an hour later.
It is small and not the fanciest restaurant around but the food and service was really good and great value.

The atmosphere is nice and the interior in the restaurant is great. The flavour of the curry sauce was amazing but the chicken was very chewy and felt reheated. It may have been the best Indian in Wales at some point but not anymore. The restaurant has a cash only policy which is a little difficult to accommodate for these days.
