Literally do not EVER eat here. They have the absolute rudest staff working that evening shift. I have been to this location 4 different times. Twice with my clients as I work out in Beaver but live in Ohio. I went inside with one and the inside was very dirty, number one. There was no traffic so two employees were sitting at a table talking loudly and cussing while clearly in uniform. They went outside to smoke and left a sour mop beside one of the trash cans. It stunk so bad. I went through the drive my last 3 times. Once for my clients. Twice for self. Tonight I went. Never had a salad from Wendy’s before. My friend is always talking about their Cobb salad. Now obviously COD is fish, but restaurants make up names sometimes. I’ve also never heard of a “Cobb salad” anywhere but Wendy’s and there’s no picture. I asked if it was fish, told no, but heard the girl in the back making fun of me thinking cobb and cod being the same. Then she slammed the window in my face when I didn’t want any sauces, but I planned to ask for a bottled water. I just said forget it and left. Then I get back to the office to find that they gave me old grilled chicken that is as hard as a crouton in this salad. This meat is so dehydrated and hard I can’t even eat it because I have BRACES on. I’m just never going back. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional Wendy’s, but my 3rd time there was decent. I only got the pineapple frosty at that time on some late night stuff after taking my clients to the bar.

Every time I go here probably about 3 employees always posted outside smoking and slowest service ever! Food is usually great though however this time TWO of our double cheese burgers had ONE burger cut in half. Why? #budgetcuts Crazy this is the worst wendys location I have ever seen.

Not sure why Wendy’s thought this curdled lump of nasty cheese was okay to put on top of the cold, old dry fries…but okay! Called and asked to speak to a manager, and I was told he was busy. Then the employees said they just put fresh cheese out. I said “well I was literally there two minutes ago, why didn’t I get the fresh cheese”? If I could give this Wendy’s a zero, I would. Never coming back

I give up on this Wendy’s. 4th time in a row (at least) they’ve gotten my order wrong and this is the fries they serve us? What is even wrong with them?! I’m not even surprised they didn’t even provide a full serving. Food isn’t consistent or accurate. Drinks either. And it’s always a long wait in a drive thru you can’t escape.

Whom ever is the night manager at this location in beaver falls is moving in the right direction. My food was very fantastic. Hot Fresh! The service was phenomenal. I was comped a drink and frosty because I had to wait a few minutes for my order…. BUT I’m the one who asked for it come to order!!!! That is true customer service right there and I will be back $15.00 for 50 nuggets right now

We’ve been here a few times and the food was always great. The breakfast sandwiches were always crispy, a fact that the manager told us was from being put into the oven instead of the microwave.
This time however, the food was notably worse in quality and the service from the staff present was abysmal. The cashier was dismissive and obviously didn’t want to be here, and when they messed up one of our sandwiches they argued that I was wrong despite the receipt showing otherwise.
tl;dr: if the male manager with the mustache is here it’s great, when he’s not it’s apparently a completely different story.
