Dairy Queens usually don’t live up to what they used to be but this location was the best experience we have had at one in a long time! Food was good, blizzards were good, the place was clean! They have nice sofa like benches you can sit at as well as tables! Hence the “chill” in the name! The service was good, they were friendly and polite and there was even a guy cleaning up the store while there so they care! Refreshing to see a fast food tradition live up to what Dairy Queen originally was known for!

Order some in the drive through, order 2 chicken baskets with extra gravy took 20 minutes of waiting and when finally got it we head head to eat it and surprise no gravy at all had to use gods sauce to improvise

This is sub par. Way beyond acceptable quality. Should of driven the few extra miles to go to the courtland DQ. Paid $10 for a chicken sandwich combo, only to get served two old, cold, chicken strips on a bun with two nasty pieces of lettuce. They forgot to give us our drink and the fries so we had to request those over again. Just a rip off. Good wasn’t good or even quality. Probably the worst DQ experience I’ve had.

My wife and I were coming home from the other side of Emporia and needed a treat. We almost always stop at the DQ on 58 in Courtland since forever. We had a Superman blizzard a strawberry shake with whipped cream and onion rings. It just can’t get better than that

I will never understand why there’s a long wait, only to give someone cold food. It’s very disrespectful and disappointing for our meals to cost almost $20 and the french fries were at least an hour old. Thankfully, we were just visiting, so I never have to visit this location again.
