So me and my man love this burger king all because of one worker in the drive through. His name is Ted and he knows his shit! He also is so very pleasant and how every single drive thru/ customer service worker should act. We absolutely love this worker and he should get a raise ASAP! And the food is always fresh. Best burger king experience I’ve had personally. Thanks Ted you are the shizzit!

The automated stations are installed I asked for a help from a worker he was already busy. We came for the strawberry lemonade no selection could be made on the screens, they offered us a different peach mango drink to tell us they don’t even have that one lol.
Second we tried 4 different sodas with no Co2..asked them to change out. They said to just drink the lemonade or powerade
Which I hate those drinks lmao.
Nothing was great about this experience. Wait was long as well. Burger King is not my go to fast food chain anyways and this proves as to why I don’t come back.

This place still looks new and is clean. Seems to be underutilized, likely the empty, formerly Fry’s Electronics store, detracts the eyes from this easy to get in and out place. Great specials, tonight we did the 2 whooper deal for $5 and ordered from the kiosk to get everything right, as one of us likes everything on the burger and other only ketchup and pickles.
Almost empty when we came in and left.

Food is ok at this location. Staff are typically friendly and professional, though order accuracy is hit-or-miss. Was overcharged recently and store management still hasn’t rectified the issue.

Drive thru doesnt seem to be paying attention. Order a normal wopper meal got a wopper Jr instead. Im already back on the freeway to make a turn and get my right order. I see why there is on 3.5 stars here.

Never had so many bad experiences at one place. I still end up going for the cheap 10/20 piece nuggets but now it’s a gamble if I’ll get what I asked for.
One day I asked if I could get just a 20 piece regular nuggets with a medium coke. But I ended up getting a 10 piece spicy nugget, bacon cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich, medium fry, and a medium coke. Didn’t know it was wrong until I got to where I was going since it was through a drive thru. I also got a medium coke today and it was flat. Absolutely no carbination and it tasted like water. I almost had to spit it out.
You’ll have better luck going inside and ordering. And make sure you check your bag before you leave every time.

I bought the biggest most expensive breakfast platter they offered just to make sure I got plenty to fill up on but I am definitely not impressed i also thought this was supposed to have a biscuit but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves that flat yellow thing is supposed to be eggs
