The good can be hit or miss at times. Even if your wing is tiny compared to the others, they still count it. Otherwise, the food is good.
Service gets 3 stars because, while the staff is nice, Winston wants to charge you $4 for dipping sauce when I can get better space and about 300% more in quantity at Safeway.
Atmosphere gets 3 stars because there is garbage and a puddle on the ground as we speak, with no staff cleaning.

I ordered plain wings. The 1st wing on top was FULL OF FEATHERS. Not even a few. My kids immediately declined to eat. Almost $50.00 down the drain. It had to be a joke. NEVER AGAIN. I only gave the food a star because the ranch was good and carrots were fresh. :-/

Do not eat here they served me completely raw chicken it wasn’t under cooked it was completely raw as you can see from the pictures I called twice and everyone that works here is very unprofessional and very rude I spoke to the manager and he was just as unprofessional and childish as the rest of the staff I couldn’t even talk they keep talking over me and they have very bad attitudes I’ve been very very sick since I’ve ate there food I have food poisoning and I’m just warning other people because what they gave me and the way they handled the situation was very very poor the manager had the nerve to tell me if other people complained about the same issue he would care but since there’s only 1 complaint about an issue like this it’s not a big deal??? I was pretty disappointed in my food tonight. The food here is usually pretty good but its inconsistent. Usually the fries are thoroughly seasoned. Tonight my fries had very little seasoning and there were feathers still attached to my chicken wing. I’ve pretty much lost my appetite. I wish there was more quality control, if I saw this wing coming out of the fryer i would not serve it to a customer. One or 2 feathers is understandably easy to miss, but a big clump like this? It’s really gross. And the fries being super under seasoned is just the cherry on top. Otherwise the service is great and the wait time was reasonable. I just wished someone had spotted this clump of feathers before serving it to me.

The wings were really good, and the ones that I got that weren’t sauced had a great amount of crunch. Those that were sauced did have a slight crunch, but they still had a really good flavor. Despite being extremely busy, the staff tonight were extremely friendly and upbeat. This was my first time having Wingstop and probably will be back sometime! The ranch was also really good!!

The small restaurant had some water leak from the ceiling during the rainy day so it was take out only. I ordered inside and waited like 20 min for my order. They’re so busy and I saw probably 10 people come pick up their orders during that time. After I got home I was surprised to see such a large portion of fries. You can’t really get a fulfilling combo meal for less than $20 these days. The wings had a lot of sauce and were delicious. I had the hickory smoke BBQ and it was perfect. The ranch was also good. Fries were seasoned well and a bit salty but the combo meal comes with a drink so get a soda.

My sister picked up 30 wings for us from here and so many were covered in feathers. Completely lost my appetite. Seriously do not know how so many feathers could go unnoticed. They were extremely noticeable even covered in sauce!

First off, I ordered two 20-piece meal deals (well done) , an OG Chicken Sandwich with pickles, and a 5-piece well-done classic (all drums). The chicken came out cold, my classic was undercooked, and my sandwich was plain.
When I called, I was offered a replacement order — however, due to other obligations, I couldn’t return for that option. Then, they offered me in-store credit but later declined it because they “couldn’t find my order.”
To make things worse, the corn was rotten — more than half of the pieces were bad. I know what that looks like because I used to work at Wingstop, so I’m very familiar with how things should be handled.
This experience was completely unacceptable. I will be contacting the District Manager and reporting this to the Health Department. Management also needs to address the unprofessional attitude displayed by staff during this situation.
