I’m really surprised about my visit to this Burger King. I have avoided this location for a while due to bad past experience with customer service. Today was a total turn around. Everyone was polite, professional, and the cashier showed patience and courtesy. Our meals came out less than 10 min. Food was good, hot and on point. I really must say a major change from the past! My visit was on 10/18 at 3:30pm.

Quantavia was super nice and informed me on the menu making sure I got the most order for my money. Truly grateful for people like Quantavia who can set a standard for how to best serve the customer while being an up lifting spirit. Burger King, you want more customers, Hire more Quantavia’s to run your window. We are just visitors from Lancaster, SC whom came for medical treatments… The Excellent service from Quantavia on the way home was a bonus.

December 9, 2025, approximately 19:25, I visited BK #169, located at 2902 Two Notch Rd Columbia SC 29203. [ORDER 5 – TOTAL $3.83]….Initially I went to the drive thru but was directed to come inside, the worker didn’t understand the offer/coupon I was attempting to redeem (SURVEY-FREE WHOPPER) Upon entering the restaurant, my attention was >IMMEDIATELY< drawn to an employee behind the counter preparing orders, who was wearing (PAJAMA PANTS) along with a BK Tee-shirt. "NOT GOOD!" she didn't take my order but was the individual who packaged it and presented it to me. The young lady who took my order was very kind, smiling and more so professional full uniform...As stated I had FREE WHOPPER offer with the purchase of a drink and fries. "THIS WAS THE WORSE BURGER KING SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD, TO THE POINT OF THROWING IT IN THE GARBAGE" The sandwich was cold, the meat was dried out, there was far too much mayonnaise with the butt root portion of the lettuce used, the tomatoes were possibly? the better vegies on the sandwich but i couldn't eat the sandwich, the fries were cold and dried out, the Tea was the only consumable part of the meal...HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, This sandwich must have been either been sitting longer than it should've or taken from the trash and packaged for resale....WHAT A WASTE of time, resources and MONEY!! albeit only $3.83...In addition, the DriveThru itself and exterior of this restaurant is in dire need of lighting and repair.....if at all possible, I'd like to have a response from the owner of this restaurant.....

I was at the two notch location and they told me 10 minutes after I asked for help at the drive-through line that I needed to pull forward and I did and once I got to the window, they asked me for a mobile order and I told him I did not have one because they told me to pull forward, so therefore the lady caught her attitude with me and the man who is also sounding a little dyslexic and need to be evaluated about the the type of customer service that you have in your window!

My dude grabbed food a couple of hours ago. Messed up my whopper jrs. Clearly they were busy, not paying attention to customers orders. VERY disappointed. Please do better.

I’m surprised it has an ‘A’ rating.
I think the main reason people come to this Burger King is because it’s an alternative to the McDonald’s across the street. It can’t be because they have the best (or better) service or that it’s clean.
The lady that took my order wasn’t friendly at all. I can get past that. However, I cannot get past the dirty guest-facing areas in this restaurant.
I was meeting a client nearby at 9am when I stopped in to get breakfast. The trash near the drink machine was full, and there was drink splatter all over the area.
I wouldn’t take anyone here nor recommend this location to any person.

Just wanted to get drive through after a long day at work. We had two cars in front of us waiting 15 minutes before someone finally came to the speaker to tell them they were not doing orders unless it was through the mobile app or DoorDash. Last I checked they close at 12am not 11pm. They have an hour left of being open and are refusing to service customers who pull in to the drive through. The doors were locked as well. There was nothing stating the insides closed at a certain time.
Will definitely be going to McDonald’s from now on!

Worst BK I have ever visited. This was my 1st and last visit. The workers are rude and act as if you are bothering them by placing an order. Then, they gave me old food…mozzarella sticks should not be BROWNISH-YELLOW inside. The slush had white residue on top that they claimed was just ice…it did not melt when rubbed between my fingers. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Unless of course you want food poisoning.

Horrible service. Place the order through the mobile app. That gives you the option to pick it up through the drive through. I get to the location and they tell me that you can’t pick it up through the drive through that. You have to come inside. I proceeded to go inside and waited 20 additional minutes for my mobile order. When I finally went up and complained to the front counter they asked, did I let anybody know? I had my drinks in hand so obviously the cashier knew that I was waiting for a mobile order and it was sitting up on the counter and nobody said anything
