We got 8 different flavors of boneless and bone in wings. Had high hopes after our first experience with another Wingstop location set the bar very high. Unfortunately while our first visit involved some amazing, crispy, juicy tenders – this visit’s wings were less than stellar. While the boneless wings were mostly plump, they weren’t necessarily juicy and not crispy. The bone in wings had good flavor but but plump. We tried the mango habanero, original hot, spicy Korean q, hot honey rub, Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and the limited time elote flavor. Our faves were the spicy Korean q and hot honey. Also got an order of fries since they were epic last time, this time they were way less seasoned that previous and both times I selected regular level. Was not consistent. May giver it a try again for the the tenders but would not order either wings again. On the positive side, the cashier at the front was incredibly friendly and staff was also friendly and hard at work.

Today my husband, his friend, and I came to have lunch on my break. We were greeted and serviced by a phenomenal employee named Eddy. He was very welcoming, super attentive and kind. He helped us pick the best combo selection for our group and made and served our food quickly. I just want to say he definitely deserves recognition for his hospitality and hardwork for making the atmosphere feel inviting! Thank you Eddy!!

My daughter asked for Wingstop for dinner. She had it before and is obsessed with their wings. I have never personally had Wingstop wings before but I do recall when fellow Yelper Alex B. wrote a review and it caught my attention,
Alex mentioned that you can request flats only. Say what?!? I’m not a drumstick girl, but I also didn’t know you could make specific requests either. That part is cool in itself. It costs a little extra but I would pay extra for flats only. Just saying.
We placed our order online. Got a 20-piece order of Classic Wings for $27.59. Added ranch dip for an additional $1.99. With total including tax and tip, everything f came out to $36.00! Dannnnnnng!!! That sounds so expensive. We placed order at 6pm for pick up immediately. It estimated time for pick up around 6:15-6:20pm. Got there around 6:20pm and my order was ready. The gentleman who handed me my order was very friendly. Funny that they served my small takeout order of wings in a big paper bag! Lol.
Took the order in the car and was curious to check out wings before we left. I opened the package and honestly, I was underwhelmed! The wings looked TINY!!! Not meaty at all. Like my wings were anorexic!!! I’m not even joking. They separated the flavors into 3 sections by paper. Honestly, I wasn’t impressed that I just paid $36 for tiny wings.
I was hopeful it would taste better than it looked. When we got home, I tried the wings. There were maybe 2-4 pieces that were decent amount of meat on the bottom. All other wings were scarce! I liked the Original Hot and Garlic Parmesan flavors. Good flavor. Lemon Pepper was way too salty and I couldn’t even eat my one piece I tried.
At the end of the day, I will continue to make my own wings at home. I usually get 12-piece whole wings (drumettes and flats still attached so technically that’s like 24-piece wings) for $16-20 total at Sam’s Club. Marinate in Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Sauce and grill and I swear it’s the best homemade wings ever!!! The grilling part makes all the difference.
Sorry Wingstop. I really wanted to love this based on the recs!

This is the best Wing Stop store I’ve ever been to. The staff is great and extremely helpful.
So, I just messed up my order pick up time. Instead of picking up at noon I chose the option of picking up at 12am (midnight) by mistake.
I went to the store on oct 31st at noon to pick up and they said the order was for last night. They did help me and got the approval from district manager to be able to re-do the order again at no cost!.
Britania and Derek were the 2 employees that help me with this. Now, this is real customer service! Thank you!

I informed her of the mistake I made online, requesting all drums, and she promptly modified my order with a smile, alleviating my stress. The culinary staff seamlessly received the updated information without expressing frustration, instead offering kind words. This location stands out as the finest Wing Stop I’ve visited, with Marlese warmly welcoming and promptly attending to every customer in the lobby. Their efficiency minimized wait times, prioritizing customer satisfaction. I was so impressed with the customer service that I placed a second order within the same day. I award them 20 stars for exceptional service, and I firmly believe this location should serve as a model for training other Wing Stop restaurants. Their excellence would undoubtedly surpass Chick-fil-A’s service standards.

went in store to get food and it took forever nobody said there would be a wait when we got there and we ended up waiting 1 hour for 11 wings and a fry. we asked the lady how much longer it would take after only being there for 30 mins and she said 10 when it was an additional 30. if there’s a wait to get food at least advise people. fries had no seasoning on them also.
