I ordered my food online and was told it would be ready by 2pm … I got there alil after 2 and went inside … to my surprised no one was dining in and it was myself and another guy in there both of us picking up … no one ever greeted me , I had to speak and let them know I was there to pick up my order … I gave my name and that was it .. I sat there another 20 minutes before finally the girl I told that I was there to get my order let me know she was just starting my order … drive thru wasn’t packed nor was the inside busy … during my wait I witnessed an employee on their phone while being in the kitchen so I couldn’t tell if they were on break or not. While everyone else moved slow. I witnessed an employee drop orders on the counter multiple times. I watched them giggle and laugh and go back and forth about who supposed to prep what and I also witnessed a customer waiting along with me for an additional 10 minutes and no one said anything to him mind you it’s a open kitchen .. finally someone says to him “ I didn’t see no one come and greet you “ then proceeds to take his order so I was confused on how long she waited before she decided to help him out… I wasn’t gonna leave a review if my food was good hot and fresh … but once I got home I didn’t even eat my fries they were soggy and greasy , my nuggets were nasty and tough I fed them to my dog and the chicken sandwich was supposed to be like honey garlic .. but the way they sauced it the sandwich was a waste too . On top of that they didn’t give no straws or the sauce I asked for when I placed my order. I had to use my WNB ranch lol . Once I got my bag and seen how tight it was tied up I just knew the food was gonna be just like the service … TRASH.

Don’t bother…. the had a 5.99 meal and the food comes with to pieces of chicken and mashed pottouts, potatoes with gravy and a small drink. It sounds good, right nope. I was mistaken. The problem is you can’t substitute anything in the combo meal. I don’t understand why is it so hard to give fresh instead of mashed potatoes. Save your hard earned money and make it at home. I will tell you the employee was nice. But after I said no thank… she changed her tone…. if you see a 3.9 or lower on the review. Just be mindful of why it got that review…. I’m going to Kroger down the street and buying stuff to make my own food. One reason why I stop eating fast food buy there not going to change. Price gets hire and hire for food that is very low in ingredients and quantity

i placed the 4piece everyday meal in the drive thru. i got back home and realized i was not given my biscuits. I called to explain my concern and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. if i ordered, paid, and didn’t receive my food- i believe its only right that they deliver even if i didn’t place another order online.

I don’t know what’s going on with Conyers KFC. They didn’t give any wings at all the chicken wasn’t original like it used to be. It was more like crispy crust. The biscuits were here as bricks! We even tried to make them softer. We’re paying $45 for this so called fresh food! Is you’re going to raise the price then get your acts together! I work extremely hard to put my hard earned money into a restaurant to serve me hot fresh food! It shouldn’t taste like it’s been sitting there all week! My husband said the cashier just say there like he doesn’t care to be there! We did drive thru this time.

Wait time for drive thru was a 45 minute wait. There were three cars pulled over and we made the fourth. We ordered a 2pc dark meat only and 12 strip spicy. We ended up going on the inside. How about they forgot our order. Incompetence at the highest! This is ridiculous!

I ordered through the drive thru and the food was very mediocre. The tenders were warm and dry. The biscuit was missing from my box that I ordered and the Pepsi had black things floating in it. I didnt realize until I was at the end.. And the lady at the speaker greets everyone by saying “Go ahead with your order”. Idk, it’s just a little rude to not even get a “Hi”. I won’t be going back.

Ordered on mobile app and picked up in store. The employee I talked to was rude and clueless. He couldn’t even find my order. He finally found it, and he never checked it to make sure it was right.i drove back to my house. The order was completely wrong. On top of that, no utensils or napkins in the bag. I tried calling the store many times. Finally got someone to answer and unfortunately it was the same guy I talked to in the store. He said I have to call KFC.com for a refund of the wrong order. He was extremely rude once again. I had to go through 20 minutes of phone calls with KFC to get a refund. This store is useless. Avoid at all costs. Order time 6:02pm 12/17/2025.

This place is a hit or miss. But one thing for sure the biscuits are always hard!!!!!! What happen to the original biscuit. Every time I go, they give me a hard biscuit!!! If I want that I would go across the street to Popeyes where I know the chicken is going to be fresh as well!
