Always check your pizza before you leave with it! So much for a quick pick up of a “Hot N Ready!” The absolute worst location. This pizza was dropped – looks picked out of and is cold to touch like it was left out overnight. And request an immediate refund!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at this establishment. My order was prepared incorrectly, as I specifically requested a pizza with no sauce, yet it was made with tomato sauce. When I called to address the issue, the manager was discourteous and did not offer an apology for the mistake.
I was instructed to return the entire pizza to the store; however, I was on a work break at the time and was unable to do so. As a result, I kept the pizza despite it not being prepared as requested. Overall, the interaction was very unpleasant and disappointing.

Good afternoon, I placed an order today with the cashier Cristian. I received an order that I did not like, the peppers were not cooked and literally had to argue with Cristian along with a female cook to remake the order. Not only that Cristian gave the pizza I didn’t want to another customer for free after I waited over 20 mins for a pizza I did NOT like. Thank God for the shift change Gerardo remade my order and his customer service was outstanding! He made sure I was well taken care of before I left.

I placed an order for approximately $50 worth of food. Upon receiving the order, I noticed that one of the items was incorrect compared to what was listed on my receipt.
When I brought the incorrect item to the attention of an employee named Ana G, showing her my receipt as proof, she insisted the order was correct. I explained that I only needed a refund for the single incorrect pizza and was happy to keep the rest of the correct items.
Instead of processing a partial refund, Ana G proceeded to refund my entire $50 order, took back all of the food (including the correct items), and stated the full refund would appear in 3-5 days. She then walked away.
The interaction was quick, non-confrontational, and done without my agreement. I was left perplexed, with no food, and no explanation for why she chose to refund the entire order instead of just correcting the single item.
I am a weekly customer at a different Little Caesars location and have never had this kind of experience. While I appreciate the full refund, the resolution was completely unnecessary, left me and my family hungry, wasted my time, and was handled very poorly. I will never visit this location again.

I ordered Italian sausage pizza with extra sausage. After receiving my pizza I noticed that I wasn’t charged me for the extra sausage. I tried to let the older lady know that I would pay for the extra sausage but she didn’t understand what I was saying. I waited another 15 minutes for a younger employee to come out of the restroom. She told him that I wanted a refund. I let him know I was okay with paying the difference and waiting for them to remake the pizza. I waiting another 20 minutes for them to give me the same cold pizza that I ordered 30 minutes prior with sausage tossed inside the box on top of the pizza. Not sure why they made me wait when they could have just given me a refund. I’m actually glad this happened.

I just wanted to share with you my experience I just had at your Lancaster Location.

I ordered 3 Pizzas via the app ( Extra Mostbestest Cheese, Extra Mostbestest Pepperoni and a Round Extra Sausage ) and once I received the notification that my pizzas were ready I went inside and they were not ready.

I had to wait 28 minutes from the time I received the email to the time that I walked out.

Here are the Pizzas that I waited 28 minutes for. This is absolutely NOT extra Sausage and if it is, i’d hate to see regular sausage. Look at the Extra Most Bestest Cheese, most definitely nothing Extra or best about it either.

I live in Lancaster so it’s convenient to purchase from the Lancaster location but the quality of the food is so inconsistent that sometimes it’s best to just go elsewhere.

I did reach out to the general manager and she offered to have the sausage remade but who wants to continue to go through that just to get consistency?

I ordered online, when I received the email that my order was ready and to ask for it at the counter, there was a long line and no employees tending to the customers. Another customer stepped up and had to, literally, walk to the back/kitchen area and request an employee to at least acknowledge the customers. The employees had the audacity to give her an attitude but no one was available to dispense the orders that we’re already available for pick up, everyone in line was getting impatient.

Establishment was clean. The young men were courteous and polite. He replied with yes ma’am when I asked a couple of questions. The same treatment was for everyone who walked in the door while I was standing there. This is my first time at this location, and I was impressed by the young people working diligently. We ordered 4 different types of pizza and some puff pizza online. Everything was hot and fresh.

This is one of my favorite locations. I had the pleasure of trying the new FANTASTIC 4 pizza and it was delicious! I love the fact that they bring new menu items. Oh and I gave a 4 for service because it took them a minute to notice that I was there for pickup. But once I was greeted the staff was very friendly and my pizza was hot and fresh.
