Took my Mom here for her birthday, and we both were very impressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our seafood pasta, and the rolls that were included were huge and SO fluffy. Delicious! The atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing. We will definitely come back again!

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Newly remodeled. I get the Tonys special (I dream about this pasta it’s sooo good). The bread is life changing. My husband gets the streak. And the soup!! I could drink that stuff all day.

Valentine’s night and they were packed! Somehow we still got seated and our orders taken reasonably quickly. The Caesar salad was WONDERFUL. I’m picky about sauces and the dressing was so good. The rolls were so fluffy and the oil for dipping is of great quality. I got the seafood Alfredo and it was legitimately one of the top 3 things I’ve eaten in MY LIFE. Massive portions, tons of seafood, thick creamy sauce…just absolute perfection. My date had the ribeye that comes with the shrimp pasta. It was cooked flawlessly! Another huge portion. We both had to get boxes! We shared a massive slice of Italian Cream Cake and *chef’s kiss*! Topped off with amazing customer service, we will be back as often as we can!

We held a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband here, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating, and the service truly stood out. Our waitress, Monda, was incredible–so helpful, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. She made the entire evening feel seamless and stress-free, which meant we could just enjoy the celebration. Highly recommend for both special occasions and a great Italian meal.

Our visit to this location was amazing!! I came here with two other special people to have a nice dinner before my half marathon the following morning and this was one of the greatest “pre-race” experiences I’ve ever had. I think more guests should come and have a meal here, as they will have an unforgettable experience! (Our waitress was Zeki and we loved her! )

I ordered the lasagna and it was horrible. It was as if they used old dry meatloaf for the filling, dry and no flavor. I asked for a side of marinara for my bread. Only when I got the bill did I realize they charged $7 for about a 3 oz cup. I asked for a Caesar salad instead of the regular salad that comes with it. I was told it would be a small upcharge. They brought out the entree size chicken Caesar. Best part of the meal was the lemon cake. I got the bill and it was $61. $17 for Salad, $18 for lasagna. $7 for a cup of marinara, $9 for cake, $6 for iced tea. I understand this is supposed to be a high end fancy Italian place, so you expect higher prices. Transparency was lacking on what a small upcharge meant for the salad. I won’t be going back. I’ll go to Villa Amore on north side, I hear it’s good.

This was our second visit to Napoli’s and both times have been great! We were sat promptly and soon had our pre-entree bread and salad. The bread is soft and warm and tastes great dipped in the oil. Our entrees were large portions and super delicious–I cleaned my entire plate! Highly recommend the spaghetti carbonara. We got a cannoli cream for dessert and it wasn’t really our thing, but that’s not the restaurants fault, LOL. Our server, Monda, was wonderful and kindly helped us figure out an issue with our bill. We will definitely be back for more tasty food and lovely service!
