I went this Smoothie king on Mid rivers mall dr. today Saturday 1/3/2026 at 1:30 pm I waited at least 25 minutes before I finally got my order . The two young ladies that was working today do not have good customer service skills, they appeared as if that wasn’t trained probably. One of the girls made my peanut butter toast with her bare hands, and that’s a health hazard! She didn’t know the proper way to prepare the peanut butter toast! Sanitation is important because the human hands carry multiple germs that can make people sick !

I ordered a PB Delight bowl and it wasn’t very good. It was made incorrectly and had honey instead of peanut butter. The gross part was the base. It was like an icy block and was chunky and seemed freezer burnt. Not sure if it was premade and frozen but it definitely didn’t seem freshly blended and the texture was really bad for a $13 item.

The young girls working here not sure of their names . Have the worst customer service. The smoothies here are great whenever these young girls arnt flirting with boys and not making the smoothie I ordered . I come here everyday , and it’s the same girls every single day hanging out with their boyfriends I’d assume being it’s the same boys leaning over the counter everyday . The smoothies are never consistent , zero work ethic and no pride in the food they are making for people . I would really love to see this place improve . I only go through drive through I’d imagine the service is slightly better if you walk in .

The girls working there were nice. However, the only real job you have is to know how to make a decent smoothie. I’ve now been there 3 times, and I will never return. I’ve gotten two smoothies each of the 3 times(for two people), and all 6 of them have been undrinkable. Just really really bad. This owner should be ashamed. Go to the one further down Mid Rivers behind Canes. I promise, it’s worth the extra time.

Got there, front door was locked, only drive through open, but no note on door, totally ignored. Then drive through and there were no bananas??!! The “boyfriend” was in the store flitting and flirting around as posted in a previous review. Should have sent him for bananas!

it’s infuriating how the employees are treated at this location. i frequently show up and see one or two teenagers left to handle a long line, cleaning the equipment, cleaning the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, prepping, etc all by themselves. i don’t care about the wait. i care that they are being purposely understaffed to save the company a couple bucks. that is a ridiculous precedent we’ve set across the board, but it is ESPECIALLY obvious here. for shame, smoothie king!
