Had my wife ordering a pizza with the new crazy bread crust on it tonight. Should have been quick and easy pepperoni, bacon and crazy bread crust. I worked in the pizza industry for the better part of a decade and never have I heard of the poor service they provided tonight.
Here’s The Story: staff forgot to add crazy bread crust to our pizza before my wife picked it up and drove home. She then after realizing called them to let them know she is on her way back because of this.( Normally if we have forgotten an ingredient to a pizza thats already been taken, we make a new pizza for them to have fresh.) So she gets there and the front counter guy was familiar with what was going on since he took her call, so he and two other staff members all open the box like the pizza was going to change.. and take it back and simply half ass add sauce to the crust and gave her it back along with a crazy bread. Not excited about this and hope it does not continue. That’s not a good way to run a business and show you actually care for your customers experience. Hoping this reaches many people in the area to be extra vigilant with your pizza from here and make sure they get it right.

I ordered a thin crust sausage pizza, as I do most times from here because it’s good and I like that it’s cut into squares. When I got the pizza home, I noticed that there was a very thin, rectangular shaped piece cut out of the pizza. When I called, they denied doing it and I am TOTALLY DISGUSTED! Sending this info and pics to corporate and online everywhere I can.

The entire point of this franchise is that you are getting mediocre pizza but you are getting it fast and cheap. This place is neither fast nor cheap anymore. I’ve had my pizza stolen from the portal, been made to wait more than an hour, dealt with rude and unmotivated employees and overpaid for all of that. I can get a similar amount of food from any other chain in less time than it takes your “convenient” pizza portals to get filled.

What a terrible service they’ve become! They went from having pizzas ready in 8 to 10 minutes to not making them at all and claiming someone stole them. Is there any way to hire adults who actually care about quality service? Or do you find the kids you hire so productive even though all they do is chatter? What a pitty!! Has happened to me, not once, not twice… this has been happening at least 3 to 4 times in the last 3 months.

I like this Lil Caesars Pizza because it doesn’t get backed up like the other spots around Mesa. I have not had to wait long for my order and it’s always hot and ready. The only thing I don’t like is the price of the Ranch and other dips but oh well. Also they don’t have napkins so that’s minus star. Other than that it’s good to eat and enjoy.

Great inexpensive pizza. And I say, inexpensive compared to cheap period Pizza can be expensive and cheap at the same time. But Little Caesars gets my vote. Every time.
