Foods mediocre we have two other chicken places in town THAT ARE THE EXACT SAME Ive had this chain in other states as well so definitely isn’t my first time having canes! don’t call up to the store for ANY questions because you will be met with an attitude.

02-27-26 Around noon. (Drive-thru) My second time here. Our tenders was half the size they were when we had them three weeks ago. It look like they literally cut them in half! They were more like nuggets! Approximately 2-2 1/2″ long. And the overcooked fries, we received about 7-8. Come on now!!! Crinkle cut fries don’t cost that much!!! Especially when you buy them in bulk like you do! We asked for ketchup. Didn’t get it. Dear Manager Being cheap n skimpy is gonna be your downfall. Better wake up! What a rip off, for the price! We probably won’t be back!

Absolutely love Caines. Not my first time having it but not disappointed with this location. Food tasted great and the sauce is as good as ever. Surprisingly fast service during their opening week too, even though they were packed. If you have never tried it, I highly recommend going at least once. It’s worth it. My friend and his wife had it for the first time ever and they said they loved it and they wanted to go back later the same day. Overall a great experience.

My family and I ordered four of the 3 finger combos. The food is awful, overpriced and definitely overrated.
The fries taste like old McDonalds fries without salt. The chicken was only “okay” because of the sauce. Also another thing that sucks is they don’t let you pick your sauce. You can only get the canes sauce.
Also the drive through guy at the speaker was nice and polite, but the girls at the window were acting rude and trying to rush me. The one girl didn’t know how much change to give me back out of the $60 I paid.
Note: if you want chicken and fries that taste excellent, then go to Huey Magoo’s.
Their food is bussin, and the price isn’t even that high.
Also Layne’s is a great place for chicken, but overall Huey Magoos is the BEST

we went to dine in at this location on Feb. 6 which is 3 days after the grand opening. the drive thru was packed, inside was packed; it was so loud you almost couldn’t hear the people sitting at your table without yelling. however through all of that, the place was clean (tables were wiped by staff the minute someone left so others could sit), the staff was friendly, and we got our food literally 2 minutes after ordering. maybe even less because we filled up our drinks and then just was sitting down and they brought our 3 meals to our table. i just wanted to say well done!! the staff must’ve been functioning like a well oiled machine because we waited over 2 weeks to go to steak ‘n shake after the grand opening and still waited close to 2 hours in the drive thru. i’m so impressed! food was also delicious of course, we will be back. but kudos to your staff!!
