Last time I had Louie’s it was pretty good. But last night, I was out doing errands and let me family use my CC for a delivery order. What they got, was undercooked pizza and bread. Not sure what happened here, but it was not good. We requested a refund and have yet to hear back from anyone. Look at the attached image, that is NOT cheese. That is uncooked dough.

Say what you want about the pizza.. the cheesy bread is UNMATCHED. Haven’t found any other cheesy bread in the springs that competes. Been coming here with my wife on dates to get cheesy bread for 15 years.
Speaking of time, the interior has not had an update in probably 20 years. I think the same furniture is there from one of our first dates 15 years ago. This might be a negative or it could be a positive.. whatever your style is! If you like old school pizza shop vibes and pinball machines, this is the place!

I used to get Louies once a week, today I went for the first time in a year and the prices are not worth what you get. They are cutting back on the amount of dough they use for the crust, and the amount of toppings you get. Forget about the outrageous delivery fee, I picked up my food and even though I added a tip what I received was nowhere near worth what I paid. I used to love this pizza because the crust was amazing, and I always got tomatoes because they were always fresh and nice big chunks. Today I got a very thin crust pizza and thin sliced tomatoes. I don’t know if it’s just this location or if it’s all Louies but I’m never going back to this one.

Great pizza for a good price. But service at this location was very poor on 1-18-26. We ordered via phone and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later and then we were told “it’ll be 10 more minutes!”. Which is fine, except we waited in the queue for another 45 minutes! We weren’t the only ones either. Every single person that came to pick up was also told “it’ll be 10 minutes” and then proceeded to wait for much longer. Maybe 10-12 people waiting around at any given time. They might need to work on giving more accurate time estimates.

Was in town for the night and wanted to support a small/local business. Pizza was ready when I arrived to pick it up and it had good flavor.
I can’t say that we experienced the raw dough that some others have mentioned…but we zapped it in an air fryer to heat it up because it had gotten cold on the drive to where we were eating it. (Pretty sure it was fully cooked though!)

Let me set the record straight, the food here is delicious. Their meatballs are probably the best I’ve had. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is that three of the four times we’ve ordered the pizza from here (for delivery, if that matters), the dough is always raw in some spots, up to nearly half the pizza once. I’ll still order from here in the future, but I’ll unfortunately think twice before getting the pizza.

Overall good food. Ranch seemed like hidden valley salad dressing straight from the bottle. Pizza was decent, started vomiting however a few hours later when I got home and I didnt eat anything else really for most of the day

Ahhh, Louie’s!!! You stole my heart on this one! First time to try your pizza and it was fabulous! We ordered one 14 inch pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. The star of the show was the sesame seed crust. Chef’s kiss on this! The flavors were yum!! We will be back and will get the sesame crust again!

Their sauce strikes a wonderful balance of tangy and sweet, making each bite a delightful experience. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, ideal for a relaxed meal. Haven’t had Louies in ages. It was just as fantastic as I remembered it to be. I work across the street from this one now and I will be back often. Half order Alfredo for lunch was massive!!
