There’s a guy, name’s Manik with a very stupid attitude! I got at the speaker to tell them I have a mobile order… he didn’t say nothing but “is closed” with a rude and stupid attitude! I told him that, the reason I ordered was because on Google said that they was going to be open until 10pm and the App let me do the order! He kept talking the same way! Most of the guys at this places have the same attitude! I was at the window requesting to talk to the maneger there but they decid to act like they don’t care what’s going on! There’s also another guy… when he give you the food he almost throw it to you and he turn around even before you take the food! This is all the time at this location…

I’ve been coming to this Wendys for years and never ever had a bad experience until this evening. There was an mis communication regarding my son’s burger. I was polite to the employee asking can I get a redo with my burger. I tried to explain to him it could be an error on my end. He was super nasty rolled his eyes and closed the window in my face while I was talking. He should not be dealing with customers. I came here last week and simply asked him for a drink tray and he rolled his eyes. He is a poison to the company and how does he still have a job? I called management over there and they just tried to brush it under the rug like it wasn’t a big deal. I will be calling corporate tomorrow on this establishment.

The customer service is always terrible. Today, I placed a doordash pickup order and when I came to pick it up the worker said they didn’t have it. I checked my phone and noticed it said order was canceled because it was able to process. I showed the lady and she just said “canceled? Oh… oh okay” and shut the window. I though the was going to get a manager or try to figure out what was going on. But I was left there with no explanation. This has been a constant issue, where I have just had the window shut on me and been awkwardly left with no explanation or redirection to fix the issue i have in the moment. And sometimes the food is also made wrong.

Food isn’t always fresh. Fries and burgers be cold unless you ask for FRESH food! Why should I have to ask for fresh food? Today I went and they didn’t advise the system was STILL down since Friday until you go to pay so you can’t use your rewards. The male manager on Friday had no issues manually applying the discount the other day but the female manager acted oblivious today on how to apply discounts (Wednesday). Why is the system still messed up 5 days later? And why can’t the manager figure out how to apply the 6 piece nugget discount when it’s something Wendy’s does EVERY Wednesday. Go to the location by Potomac Mills instead!!!

Drive through line is always really long, the food is freshly cook most of the time so it’s not like other places where it’s just sitting the warmer. Always make sure that your food is correct, they make mistakes a lot. Last vist they put beacon in my salad when asked not to. It just went to the trash, what a waste of money.

I really love a good old fashion Wendy’s hamburg and fries. The food taste like Wendy’s should and the staff at this location acts like they give a darn.

I was there to get my order at 9 pm on Sunday but the door was closed. No one even gave any attention at door when I knocked. After 4 minutes one staff opened the door, I asked why the door is locked at 9pm instead of the opening hours is till 10 pm he replied I don’t know. And the duty manager didn’t even try to give the reason to lock the door early.

Disgusting, unsanitary, uneducated, poorly run building. Why does it take 20 minutes to get a takeout order I ordered an hour+ ago? Cold digusting result, can’t even have the bare minimum fast food decency of heating the food before hand??? Where’s the service, normal etiquette, does the boss ever visit here? Damn what a disappointment.
