My experience was overall good. The staff were nice and welcoming and the food was delicious. The only thing I had an issue with was the portion sizing I received. I got a bowl and my wife also got a bowl. We both got similar things to add, but the portion sizes that I received were different from my wife’s. In the picture, my wife’s was on the left and mine on the right. I do plan on coming to this Chipotle again, but I do hope there is more consistency practiced in the servings.

I went in to get a kids meal for one of the kiddos I work with. They got the kids taco meal with steak, corn and rice. They asked for cheese as well. The cashier did not say anything about it costing extra, and filled up a very tiny container of a few shreds of cheese. At the checkout they charged an extra $1.60 for that tiny little container of cheese. You can buy an entire bag of cheese for the same price. $1.60 is crazy, especially since they did not say anything when we asked for the cheese. When I brought it up they were rude about it and said that’s what they charge all the time. The kids I work with live off of SSI, so maybe to the cashier, $1.60 was not a big deal but unfortunately for them it is. Please encourage your employees to discuss prices of additional things prior to just doing it and then charging them unknowingly check out.

first time going to this location. came into a empty chipotle surprisingly. everything was ready and cooked and i got loaded with chicken which is lucky i guess since no one is here so they might as well load me up. rice is cooked which from past experience tends to be quite rock hard sometimes. ill keep coming if anything changes this review will change so keep it up chipotle on millplain

The food is cooked well and consistently, I’ve been to some where they are burnt. Unfortunately the staff is very dull here. The portion they serve is so little and it keeps getting smaller. When the team is full of females you hardly get anything but when the staff is all males you definitely are getting what you pay for. I try asking for a bit more to at least fill the plate and they always grab like one or 2 individual pieces rather than a spoon full of protein or even rice, but they’ll definitely fill the plate with lettuce. But as you can see below even the mild sauce is very minimal.

I was bummed to find out you can only tip with Cash (not with my card).
During my last visit, my experience there was underwhelming due to short staff and very little food.
I then tried another location further east and ended up walking out w/o ordering due to lack of food and service.
Needless to say I have not been to Chipotle in months!
I went here 2 nights ago. Service was great, I received a decent amount of food, and tried something new. When the server was dishing my bowl some of the food fell off the spoon and the server made sure to add it back to my bowl. They also worked great as a team and kept the line moving.
Definitely more likely to return and I’ll be sure to bring cash.

I have been to this Chipotle many times, but my most recent experience was very poor.
I went with my 4 y/o daughter, I ordered an order I’ve made several times, 2 kids quesadillas, and a burrito. I believe the employee was new, because I observed another employee coaching her during the order.
Coming to the end of the line, two adult sized quesadillas were brought out when I clarified which drinks for the kids order. I’m not going to split hairs on if I, or the new employee said/heard the order wrong.
However, I clarified that I ordered two kids quesadillas. They proceeded to tell me that I ordered adult sized ones, and I could either accept these ones (and pay full price) or they could make the kids ones. This option was fine — but then I was told “next time just specify kids”.
It came across very rude. There was never a suggestion that perhaps they misheard the order, it was simply communicated that I had done something wrong and as if I had caused them an inconvenience.
Left a bad sentiment, which is unfortunate because I have had many positive experiences in the past.

Normally my experience here is a 3.5/5 but lately it’s been a 5/5!! The chips have been amazing lately, not stale and not too salty. They give out good proportions and are super friendly! All the workers were nice and got my order done super fast! Pic is from after I mixed my food up!

This place is hit or miss. I asked for a double wrapped burrito and a salad bowl with chicken. I got a single wrapped burrito and the salad was pure sadness. No lettuce. All salsa and beans and very little chicken. Pick up orders are scetchy at best for accuracy.
