The worst experience with Little Caesars. This location used to be our go-to because it’s close to home, but lately the quality of the pizza has been an absolute disgrace. The pizza comes almost empty, with a miserable amount of cheese that’s shameful, as if they forgot to add it. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It doesn’t even deserve one star. We won’t be buying here again.

This was our first time picking up from here. We buy from other locations all the time so we are familiar with the pizza. We ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni regular crust. When we got our food. The crust was very thin and crispy. Not like a regular crust. My husband asked them to remake it and they did but the person at the window told my husband that it will probably be the same. Sure enough he got the same thin and crispy pizza. I honestly think they gave us back the same pizza , both were like warm and didn’t taste fresh. The guy in the window tried to tell us that this is normal for the crust to be like this but we know it’s not and with the convenience of a drive thru it’s very disappointing that the quality of the pizza is so bad. Very disappointing!!!

Expect to wait 1+ hr for your food if you’re ordering on the weekend. There’s 3 people working and I’ve never seen people move so slow in my life. I work at a competitors pizza place and we never have people wait more than 25 mins, even if we’re severely understaffed. And this is for pickup, not delivery!
Edit: after over an hour of waiting, I got a refund and left – why you might ask? Because they forgot to ever make my food and I wasnt going to wait any longer. Never coming back here as long as I live.

Me and my boyfriend went in last night at 1045pm. Ordered a classic pepperoni. And 3 crazy puffs. Two pepperoni and one cheese. We left opened the boxes. The puffs were so old and hard we couldn’t eat them. When dropped on the table it sounded like a rock. The pizza was rubbery and tasted old. Only took one bite. I called today to complain. They answered the phone by saying “what?” Then I proceeded to tell them I came in last night and ordered. That’s all I got out my mouth before the guy said “what do you want, are you going to order or not; we’re busy?”super rude. Will be going back later with the food and receipt. Won’t be going back afterwards. Highly disappointed and astonished.

Staff is very nice and very quick. Having a drive thru is so good! BUT for the last month or so this location does not have any napkins to give, making it difficult to enjoy a hot pizza without it getting messy. To the owners of this place…. GIVING NAPKINS TO CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BANKRUPT YOUR SPOT. Try and do better, it’s just napkins!

Ugh, this place has really gone downhill. They always seem to have only one person working, which makes everything painfully slow. The drive-thru lines are insane—people literally place their order and then just sit there waiting for their pizza, completely holding up the line for everyone else.
I’m used to Little Caesar’s having cheese or pepperoni ready to go, but now it’s a 30–40 minute wait for a single pizza. It’s honestly the worst.

I ordered pepperoni, Crazy puffs and stuff crazy bread. The crazy bread was raw and cold. I had to re-cook it and the stuffed Crazy puffs I don’t know what was on it besides the grease in the middle and seasoning it doesn’t look like it’s supposed to. It’s never looked like this before they must’ve ran out of, the cheese and a pepperoni. When I called to complain, the guy hung up on me, then put me on hold and then hung up on me. We’ll never order from here again. Don’t order from here if you can avoid it.

We placed our order before leaving the house. When we arrived, a woman who had placed her order after us walked in and was served first. I then watched an employee take food from other customers’ orders—including ours—to complete her order. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Orders should be fulfilled in the order they are received, and food should never be taken from other customers’ meals. Very disappointing experience.

I waited for 30 mins in line and then when I reached the window I was told I will have ti wait for another 20 mind fir cheese pizza. They need more people working in there. 2 people are not sufficient. There were other people apart from me who also left with purchasing.
