Just got one of their beef nugget bowls opened it up and it’s just barely got 2/3 of a container of food. There’s a big portion of the bottom of the bowl visible. So dissatisfied. Arbys responded with a website link to provide more info, fields couldn’t be entered on mobile devices…….. Horrible never going back.

Ordered online for pickup. I ordered a French dip and potato cakes. Food tasted awful. Potato cakes fried in old, unchanged oil French dip but NO DAMN AU JUS? Hubby had to return IN THIS AWFUL snowstorm. We ate here frequently, but tonight was completely unacceptable and we are not happy. Cost of order was almost 40 bucks and the food was disgusting and NOT complete

Edit to 5 stars across the board! We stopped in to pick up lunch and everything was fantastic!! Store was well staffed and clean. Food was hot and delicious and accurate. Awesome job!!!

Someone in quality control needs to get it in gear I know this probably doesn’t affect this store specifically but all of them in the area the “cream cheese” was the weirdest consistency, I had developed a habit of squeezing out the cream cheese and eating the fried jalapeño slice but this one didnt squeeze like it normally does and when I peeled it apart it crumbled into a bunch of tiny balls… can someone explain what the heck this is cause the more I look they all are kinda doing the same thing but its hard to tell because they turned into cream cheese when you squished it or ate it.

I had asked for fresh curly fries and the fries I got were these. They were also cold. When I called to speak to the manager she didn’t really even seem to care when I called to complain. She said she personally packed them. And they were probably just broken off pieces.
We also ordered some of their wings even paid extra for the 9 piece and got 7 pieces.
I’ve worked in the fast food industry before and they use to always tell us on our weekly meetings to serve the food we would want to eat.
I expected something different from the manager but like I said she didn’t even really care when I told her.

Pulled up behind two other cars and waited 15 minutes to pull up. The car in front of me asked to place two orders and was told they couldn’t. When the driver said,” you don’t need to be lazy” the lady on the speaker proceeded to screech at him about being short handed. I work in fast food I absolutely get how much it is not fun when you are short handed. But how we handle it shows the customer the type of management that team has. I still placed my order and the lady was very nice to me. I ordered a Rueben which upon getting home and seeing it I guess I should have gone somewhere else. Arby’s do better. $7 for this?

I’m from the Lansing area. My family and I stopped at this Arby’s on the way home from Chicago. It was delicious! The best Arby’s I have had in probably 10 years. It was so good I actually rang the bell upon leaving to let them know they did a good job (which embarrassed my teenager lol).

My son and I stopped here and had dinner. This is the best Arby’s by far that we’ve ever been to! Joel who took our order was super nice. We are from the Oshtemo area and we would rather come here then Kalamazoo. At least I had roast beef on my sandwich here. Keep up the great job Paw Paw Arbys!
