The noodles are cooked just right, the portions are generous, and the meat is tender and flavorful. Every bowl comes out hot, fragrant, and satisfying from the first sip to the last drop.
Service is fast and efficient, and the vibe is casual and no-frills exactly what you want when the food speaks for itself. Whether it’s freezing outside or you’re just craving a solid, authentic bowl of pho, this place never misses.
One small note for the front staff: once we’re seated, please give us a minute to look through the menu instead of hovering to take the order we might have ordered even more with a little time
Still, we’ll be back because the food is genuinely great.
I got the combination rice noodles, beef soup with beef meat balls whereas my partner ate the combination rice noodles, beef soup with fresh eye of round, navel and tendon. We both left feeling satisfied, full, and refreshed.
We also got iced espresso special filter condensed milk coffee to go, it made our afternoon!
Pretty straight forward service, we like it.
server about it he said ‘the hot soup melted the tendon’ like how does that even make sense? i know what i always get at pho so that makes no sense to me. on top of that there was so much attitude from him. i will not be returning.
First of all, I came alone so I was put on a table filled with others who also ate solo. I was okay with it, until some of them started to cough up phlegm, among some others who slurped really loudly on their food. At that moment I immediately thought probably this is the norm for this type of cash restaurant which usually doesn’t mind no tips. The service was hostile too btw. No hello no thank you.
What set me off was the moment I put down my chopsticks after I finished eating, when one waiter came standing by my side, as if trying to chase me away. So, I immediately put on my coat and walked to the cashier to pay. When I almost walked out the door, the other waiter LITERALLY came chasing me and said “hello hello hello hello, TIP???” with his hands laid out. Omg. I still can’t believe it. I’m never going back until they fix this service.
I ordered Togo, left the store far away, and found out the food couldn’t be eaten.
