I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but my recent dinner at Jack’s with friends was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in over 30 years.
• The burger arrived completely raw in the center—unacceptable for any restaurant.
• The pizza was charred and burnt beyond edible.
• When we requested a replacement pizza, the server explained it would take a while due to a large 100-pizza order that had just come in. Fair enough, but the second one finally arrived improperly cut (some slices barely separated).
• To top it off, the side of ranch we ordered turned out to be blue cheese. My friend has a severe allergy, so she panicked immediately. We alerted the waiter right away.
Seven minutes later, a manager and a couple of kitchen staff came out to check on her. After confirming she didn’t need medical attention, the manager simply walked away—no apology, no offer to make it right.
Despite all this, we were charged full price for everything but the pizza. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy was shocking.
I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
(The waiter was kind and helpful, and we tipped him despite this experience.)

Service was decent, and the servers was not far away and checked in on us at reasonable intervals. No one was particularly satisfied with their meals, though. My burger was OK and the chips were good. Two at the table ordered wraps and both were disappointed with the contents. Salad was small. I’d go here for the good beer selection and perhaps an appetizer.

The atmosphere is nice and vibrant. The food was a huge disappointment even though it came out quickly. The chicken Caesar wrap had no flavor and the smallest amount. Of chicken not even 2 oz would be my guess picture attached. The chips and fries were seasoned well but both cold. The wings were undercooked and when we asked our server to refry them she rolled her eyes and took them without saying a word to us. We received not drink refills, when I asked for a a cocktail menu she told me it is in the table but there wasn’t one.
We had finished our food before she came back to check on us so we had to wait another 30 minutes for the wings to be remade. HORRIBLE experience.

Chips over seasoned and salted. Not what I expected with queso. Also a 25min wait on appetizer then 40min wait for main course. Wait time ridiculous, servers are great. Upbeat fun environment, small space such a big resort tiny restaurants, waited so long got our food to go.

Ordered a Caesar salad and got some lettuce (some sad looking) with some shavings of Parmesan. The menu cited seasoned croutons. When I questioned it they brought some bread crumbs. This is probably the poorest meal I’ve had out in a very long time.

Came here to simply get my wife and I a drink at the bar. The bartender made eye contact and approached me but didn’t say anything? Quickly walked away and helped another group at the bar? Roughly 5 min later he walked by and mumbled something about being right back to help me. I then watched him clean some tables off and then go back behind the bar and help that same group of people he originally passed me by on once again.
I was at the bar for a total of 15 min and the bartender still never came back to get my order even after walking past me numerous times. I decided to leave to get our drinks elsewhere.
That bar I left to and got some drinks from will be getting a 5 star from me. This place will be getting a 1 star.
Whoever the bartender was on 8/30/2025 around 330pm is the reason for this review. Terrible service and a waste of our time.

$23 for a chicken Caesar salad and it was the smallest most pitiful salad I have ever experienced. They forgot the croutons and when I got them they were unseasoned pieces of baked bread shavings.
Only one of our waitresses was actually kind and smiled. The other 2 were rude. The only decent thing I had was a margarita.
For $23 that is a pathetic excuse for “salad”.

Very disappointed. The menu was very small and the food was deceiving. My husband ordered boneless wings and got four chicken tenders with a side of bbq sauce on a plate. The pizza was excellent, but service was slow and amateur. It was our waiters first day working there and he was all alone to figure everything out, not being trained or helped. Expensive and very disappointing for a resort.

Unbelievably offensive portions for a $19 Chinese chicken salad. At best, I got 1.5 cups of cabbage mix, about 20% of a chicken breast, and a handful of oranges. Waitstaff couldn’t have cared less when I asked why the portion was so small.
