This place was “Chopsticks” for many years, and the food was good, but it closed 3 years ago. It has since been 92chicken Korean cuisine, then became Bobba? Tea & Wings, but neither place lasted very long.
I drove by here at lunchtime today, 12/29/2025, and saw it had a banner saying “Asian Cuisine”, so I stopped in. I had a craving for General Tsao’s chicken with pork fried rice, and an egg roll, so I gave it a shot. I watched as they cooked the food to order, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very friendly owner, the kitchen was clean, and the food was fresh, and good portions.
We loved Lotus Chinese Rest. when it was close by across Five Points, but it moved to US1, supposedly due to that shopping center being sold to build condos. This place is closer to us, and the food is just as good and less expensive. I hope this place stays put, give them a shot !

If anyone hasn’t been there or never heard of this place you are missing out. The food is great and the portions are large. I get one of the lunch specials curry chicken with tofu with vegetables. You can’t beat the price $12.04. Trust me you will be very satisfied. I give three stars for atmosphere because there are only a few tables. The restaurant is very clean which is important. I highly recommend Asian Star.

First time trying this restaurant. Ordered take out through the website, it was very easy to use. We ordered several things: Crab rangoon, fried dumplings, orange chicken combo w/ beef fried rice & an eggroll, and sweet and sour chicken combo w/ shrimp fried rice & an eggroll. All of the food was delicious and fresh! Not one complaint about anything. The portions are also huge and the prices are great for the quality of food you’re getting. The man working inside was also very nice! Will definitely be ordering from here more often!

I have been disappointed in the establishments that filled the old Chopsticks location. But the recently opened Asian Star was a completely pleasant surprise. The food is so very tasty, tried the Orange Chicken, was amazing. The price was quite reasonable, the portion enough for a meal and a lunch. Great place.

We had a flyer delivered to our door and decided to try a new restaurant for lunch today. We called it in and it was ready in record time. We ordered a quart of wonton soup which was not on the menu. Our lunch entrees included a nice hot egg roll and brown rice. Entrees were Broccoli Stir Fry (with 5 large shrimp for $2 more) and Szechuan Beef. Both were delicious. A side bag of wide fried noodles was enclosed. All the extra condiments were offered by the register which I liked instead of getting bags of stuff we don’t use. The man at the register who was probably the owner; greeted us with a smile. He was very friendly. There are only a couple of seats by the window so it is not a place to dine for atmosphere. There are 2 picnic tables nearby though. We were very pleased overall and the prices were very reasonable. Try it for yourself!

I great ramen! The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, not too salty, just the right depth of umami, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Wow! Absolutely my favorite Asian cuisine in the area, you can tell the food is fresh. The sweetest owners, and amazing tasting food. We got the orange chicken and the creamy spicy chicken, and a yummy bubble tea. 10/10, definite must try!!

I had the Pad Thai, and it was absolutely delicious. Having visited Thailand many times, I can say it tasted authentic and identical to what l’ve had there. Thank you

We are here on vacation and were craving good asian food. Found this place online and it did NOT disappoint! The food tastes like someone made it from scratch instead of frying some frozen stuff! So good. To top it off, the man working the counter was very kind and fast. We had the sesame chicken, Singapore noodles with beef chicken and shrimp, chicken egg rolls, crab rangoon, and taro bubble tea! The 5 stars he has is not because this guy’s friends reviewed the restaurant. AND its priced inexpensively!! Thank you for a great meal!

Excellent Pad Thai — and honestly their whole menu is solid. This is one of my favorite Asian fusion spots in Wilton Manors, especially if you like variety. They have ramen, lo mein, and other Asian options — and everything I’ve tried has been great.
The beef lo mein is loaded with flavor, the orange chicken is perfectly crispy, and the Pad Thai never misses. They also serve boba — the Thai Tea boba is an immediate yes.
If you want consistent, fast, good Asian food near Wilton Drive — this spot deserves attention.
