The customer service is AMAZING — America is the best! She’s always smiling, welcoming, and gives 1000% every single time. The store is clean, bright, and beautiful inside with the perfect beach vibe. Highly recommend this location!

I think this place is great !!! My person who made it was so kind and she worked so well under pressure! I gave it 3 stars because it was a super busy day due to the bogo valentines special and she was by herself, management should have been prepared and scheduled atleast one other person to help her … she had like 8 people in the store, I was super impressed with how calm she stayed and handled everyone who was being impatient and not understanding with her. We had to wait alittle while but She deserved to have back up … there should be atleast two people working at all times.

There bowls are delicious n the customer service was they give you a good portion of fruits in their bowls n it’s all fresh. I love the one in Royal Palm Beach because I live 5 seconds away on Crestwood n I love this location. It’s a must go nice service,nice atmosphere,n good food. Cutting open a pineapple to see It’s rotten and then continue to put it on a bowl is not okay.
Unfortunately all three of our bowls had rotten pineapple on them, but we got the bowls to go and we have a 3-hour home so we didn’t want to turn around to press the issue, but what a bummer.
Other than the rotten pineapple and the mango that was hard (not ripe) the base of the bowl and the vegan granola was very good. (Hard to see in photos but GROSS, rotten inedible pineapple). I hope the employees can learn how to read the readiness and healthiness of fruit. 🙂

Playa Bowls has been such a good experience. All the food was fresh, and extremely well prepared. I had a great time, especially because of the employee, Tais. She was very sweet, and made my bowl very efficiently.

Just came in on my break to have a snack and I got to say, the bowls here are really good. Great atmosphere, really chill vibe. The worker at the counter, her name was Carla, was awesome, great attitude and high energy. Definitely recommend this place

Just went in here for the first time the other day and WOW!! This will be my new spot for sure. The two times that I’ve been, the fruit has been fresh, the employees have been very pleasant, and I get my bowls very quick!! I know this place is fairly new, but I’m so surprised there’s not a line out the door yet! America was very pleasant, make sure to tip her!! 😉
