The baked spaghetti w/ meatballs is not good. Flavor of sauce & meatballs was just bad. Breadsticks were horrible.
They were just gooey pieces of undercooked, salty gunk. Overpriced & very disappointing. Just walked away from it.

Everyone one was so nice from the time we walked in the door. I visited the restaurant last week and again today. The place is keep really clean both time i have been there. The cook Jerry is awesome he came out in the dinner room and went around to each table asking if everything was good and if you need anything else. I love my bread sticks well done. And he made them personally and walked them out to me each time i have visited. If i could give more stars for the workers and how well kept the place is i would give them a lot more.

Five stars for the fantastic staff at Fazoli’s! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The team went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was nothing short of amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel like a valued guest. Not to mention, the food was delicious and served with efficiency. Kudos to the exceptional staff at Fazoli’s for making every visit a delight. Highly recommend!

The staff was VERY friendly and a woman that seemed to be the manager stopped by and checked on us just to be friendly and helpful. Our order was right and came out fast. The restaurant was clean and the food was classic Fazoli’s. I hope everyone there gets a raise!

Usually they have the best food and service. Today though it was awful. First they got my order wrong, no big deal. Second we asked for breadsticks 3 times and never got them. They were passing them out randomly out and asked us if they want some and we said yes. Told us they will be right back. 15 minutes later and still no breadsticks. Went to other tables to give more breadsticks, but never came to ours. The food didn’t have the usual good flavoring either. Very disappointed today.

We ordered a large catering order for my Grandfather’s funeral and it was a very great, easy, and tasty experience. They called the day before to confirm every thing we needed, and even sent plenty of additional sugar, equal, parmesan, and red pepper packets. We over ordered and will probably be eating Fazoli’s for the next week, but I’m not complaining. Thank you so much for making this catering experience seamless.

While this isn’t the best Italian it is a great place to go with kids. Breadsticks were amazing as always. I had a sampler and it was good. My boys had pizza and spaghetti. Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Great experience. I have been to some fazolis that are a little run down but this is not one of them!

Exactly what we expected. Tasty, hot, fresh pasta and the best breadsticks money can buy. (But they are free with an entree). The food came up quickly.
The place is immaculately clean, as are the bathrooms.

They were only 2 people working & they did great! The cashier was great in helping me pick out the family deal meal. The food was hot & delicious . I hope they were appreciated from their boss for their dedication !!

We ate here when the location first opened. It was amazing!! The service was over the top. The owner/manager came out and checked on everyone. Servers came out with breadsticks frequently enough that you never ran out, and the food was awesome plus they had Coke products with the fancy machines.

The girls behind the counter are still amazing! They a super friendly, and make you feel welcomed.. then it unfortunately starts to go downhill.
They removed the coke products and replaced with Pepsi which isn’t that big of deal, but my daughters are diabetic and there aren’t as many options for sugar free drinks. Also, as far as service goes, the person who does the breadsticks doesn’t come around near as much as they did in the past. They also will just give you only two breadsticks for two people.
I ordered the new grand pasta sampler and was very disappointed. The food was just thrown on the plate with a very sloppy look as well as being pretty bland, I didn’t even eat all of it.
I really want to rate this location much higher but with things currently like they are I cannot.
