Peregrine was created with two purposes in mind: supplying and roasting only the highest scoring coffees available and supporting missionaries all over the world. You’ll never drink a cup of coffee from Peregrine that was rated lower than 85 from the farm. We maintain a practice that seeks to honor the individuals who worked very hard at the farm-level to make this final product what it is. We are honored at their hard work, and thankful to give their hard work the recognition it deserves through roasting it with care and attaching their name to the product itself.

I’m a huge coffee guy, and enjoy my cup of coffee like people do their glasses of wine. I signed up for a monthly subscription off of their website, specifically The Hunt, where the guys at Peregrine choose the most diverse range of flavors for the customer to enjoy. Till now, they have not left me disappointed. They source from multiple farms and countries, with varying tasting notes; every month is a delight. Also mr. Arrott has great customer service. He has responded quickly to my emails and dealt with everything I’ve contacted him about.
If you want great coffee, go to places with people that love coffee and love to share great coffee. And definitely, the guys at Peregrine do.

HIGH QUALITY COFFEE!!! Coffee is something that is scheduled into my day. I wake up… I drink Peregrine…. I get to work…. I drink Peregrine… Lunch time… I drink Peregrine. A good cup of coffee can be measured by ones ability to drink it black to the last sip. Every cup is smooth, there is no burnt flavor, and you can tell that Stephen and his team understand how to properly roast coffee. The staff are very friendly, the shop is warm and inviting, and you can just tell that they care.

This is the best coffee roaster I have found – anywhere. They source small farms all around the world and roast the beans perfectly. This is the perfect cappuccino! I order a cappuccino and purchase their beans every time I am in Westcliffe, never miss it. I also love that they make their own organic syrups – amazing flavor. Always excellent!

Best Coffee hands down! I am a coffee snob and I dream about their maple orange cinnamon latte until I can have it again. We visit Colorado every summer and this is always our first stop. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. One of the few humble coffee places I’ve been to.

Absolutely delicious coffee, we tried drop and a delightful blood orange cinnamon latte. Their babka was also very good. We travel in a different route often and we also got recommendations from them for coffee in other towns. Love that they roast their own coffee and got this wonderful bag of s’mores, caramel whole bean coffee as well.

What a fabulous discovery! Perfect latte, gracious staff, and Colorado ambiance. Unique espresso roast this morning, not fruit, slightly nutty, low acidity, just superb.

Best coffee place in the wet mountains! We come to Westcliffe every January for a weekend and we make multiple stops at Peregrine during our stay. It’s such a fun place with fantastic customer service. We arrived 15 minutes before opening and the owner told us we could come in. The flavor combinations are so interesting but phenomenal. This morning I got a raspberry lime lemonade which is incredible. This afternoon I’ll be back for a caramel breve. Their house made caramel is the greatest

The best people and even better coffee! We were fortunate enough to get some of the limited run black sesame seed latte 10/10. All of their seasonal drinks are well thought out, complex and very unique. It’s worth the trip to Westcliffe and great hikes are a short distance away.
