Came for a work lunch on a Monday around 11:30am, there were 6 of us. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was pretty tasty. However, my coworker got the chicken and waffles and the chicken was undercooked and pink (see photo). The manager came over and said “our chicken is just on the pinker side, and that’s just how our chicken is”. Which if you know anything about food safety is completely incorrect. Was not impressed with how he handled the situation. The gave us a 50% discount on her plate but when the gratuity was automatically included in our bill (which is fine) but it wasn’t calculated correctly because it wasn’t accounting for their error and the discount given. All in all- wasn’t really impressed and don’t plan on returning.

360 Brunch House was like striking brunch gold—and yes, I’m still thinking about it. We stopped in after an early morning of community service with the Hotcake Hustle, already hungry and tired, and this place absolutely delivered.
From the moment we walked in, the energy was right, the service was on point, and the food did not come to play. Shoutout to our server, Jewel—friendly, attentive, and let’s just say… easy on the eyes. Service with a smile always hits harder.
Food-wise?
Kaleah and I ordered the Cowboy bowl—steak bites, scrambled eggs with cheese, and potatoes. Let me be very clear: this was real steak, not that shaved mystery meat trying to pass for beef. Seasoned well, cooked right, and hearty enough to recover from volunteering and living. Another friend ordered the French Toast, and honestly, the picture tells the whole story—golden, fluffy, and tasting exactly how it looked. Someone else went with the Chicken Ranch Wrap with fries, and that plate was cleaned… which is always the real review.
Now let’s talk drinks, because brunch without cocktails is just breakfast with responsibilities. We had a French 75, an Old Fashioned, and a Classic Margarita, and every single one was crafted exceptionally well. Balanced, smooth, and poured with intention—not heavy-handed chaos, not watered-down regret. Respect.
Overall, 360 Brunch House checks all the boxes: great food, strong cocktails, solid service, and a vibe that feels celebratory without being chaotic. If you’re looking for a place that understands brunch is both a meal and a mood, this is it. I’ll absolutely be back.

This is what I’m looking for when I’m looking for brunch. Great menu… strong and creative drinks… a chill vibe! Check…check and check! The staff was attentive and friendly. The vibes were great and it had a food and cocktail menu that is perfection. I had the hot honey chicken and waffles with the whiskey sangria and I was very satisfied. Love this place and would come back.

This was definitely not the best experience for our monthly cousin brunch.

First the atmosphere: the restaurant is dark and moody, but well lit. It’s not the largest location and the waiting area is tight. There is seating outside, but you then have to contend with the heat in the summer. The table chairs were comfortable and I didn’t feel like my knees were at my ears. The tables are not big enough to hold the food and drinks (we bought the mimosa flight) and it felt like we were crowding each other at the table. Side note: At 5’9″, I’m always critical of seating.

Next, the service: Gabriella the hostess was god-awful. She was rude and very unfriendly. When we walked up and gave the name the reservation was under, mine, her immediate response was, “there’s no one under that name.” She didn’t ask to repeat it, spell it or even attempt to try to find it. She just kept saying we didn’t have a reservation until someone else came over and asked for the telephone number it was under. Voila! There’s the reservation. The girl NEVER smiled. She treated everyone that came through the door the same way because we watched her. Now our sever was great! She was gracious and made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. She didn’t smother us with attention but made sure we were taken care of. A perfect balance. The manger, Cliff, needs to get a new hostess or get Gabriella some training.

Lastly is the food: three of us had the chicken and waffles, while one of us just ordered the simple breakfast. The cheddar waffles were just the right amount of crispy fluffiness. And the chicken was dee-lish-usss! The perfect seasoning with crispy skin and juicy meat. It came with watermelon sprinkled with tajin. The only downside was the mimosas didn’t have all the juices advertised. They were out of the mango and pomegranate so we ordered the basic: pineapple, peach, orange and cranberry.

All in all, this was not a totally bad experience, but the hostess ruined what could of been a great one.

“This venue is an excellent choice for a social gathering. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. I want to specifically commend Frank, the manager, for being exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. His attentiveness ensured our experience was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning.”

I’m honestly very disappointed with this place. I had high expectations, but the experience was terrible. There was hair in my food, and instead of taking accountability, the cook tried to blame me for it being there, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. There was not only just a hair in my food but there was also a hair in another plate at our table. I refused to be blame for these types of accusations. On top of that, the service was slow. I waited about 10 minutes for my food while everyone else at my table was already eating. For a breakfast restaurant, that’s unacceptable.
The food itself was overpriced for the quality. Nothing about it justified the cost, especially considering the hygiene issue and poor service. I expected much better, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Today was our 2nd time at this place. 1st time was great so we returned and took our son for his bday. Everything was great until we started eating our $22 Flaming Apple Whisky Toast and saw there was a long dark hair on the caramel under the bottom toast. We commented to our waiter and he took the plate and check with payment at the same time and said “I’ll take care of this” and never returned with a response. Anything. We weren’t looking for a free meal! But an apology would have been great. As we left we noticed a few females with dark hair color in the kitchen. Maybe hair nets should be worn when handling food. Not sure that we’ll be giving it a 3rd try!

Everything was good!!! The manager tho, not professional whatsoever!!! I’m Hispanic and he is to. But never did he stop at my table. He did stop at all the other tables where “white couples”, and “black” couples sat. IT IS WRONG AND DISRESPECTFUL AND STEREOTYPICAL!!!!!!! Me being a service supervisor at a very popular store and have more than 25 years in hospitality, would never do such a thing!!!! 1st and last time I visit this establishment.

The ONLY thing holding me back from giving a 4 was the service. Let me begin with the positives. The food was excellent! Hands down a 5!!! Very good portion sizes and everything tasted fresh including but not limited to the fruit. The service was not very good. You walk in and the host has his back to you and you have to walk around to get noticed and greeted He also wasn’t very welcoming. Oh definitely get onto the waitlist as we did and for a party of 2 which we were it was nearly a 75 minute wait on a Sunday at 1. Next the server took a very long time to take our order. Our order came and the eggs were supposed to have potatoes and toast but they didn’t have either. I was unable to inform my server because I never saw him again until we were done eating and it was time for the check. The place is very very loud and is difficult to have a conversation. The seating is very European as the tables are very close to one another which personally I don’t mind but with it being so loud it just added to the noise. Bottom line food is spectacular service is sub par and atmosphere is very loud

I always stop here when visiting. The place is a decent size and can accommodate bigger parties. Service is always on point and quick. The lambchops and waffle is my go to. And of course you have to get a mimosa.
