I’ve been coming to this IHOP for years, and every single visit leaves me smiling and satisfied! Breakfast happens to be my favorite type of food, so this place is basically my happy place. The service is consistently outstanding—our servers are always friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure everything is perfect. They really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.
What I love most is how much the menu has changed and improved from the good old days. Back then, it was mostly about those amazing pancakes (which are still unbeatable!), but now it’s so much more—it’s not just pancakes anymore. They’ve added incredible options like burritos and bowls, savory crepes, eggs Benedicts, juicy steakburgers, crispy chicken dishes, hand-crafted melts, and even tacos and other all-day favorites. The variety is fantastic, with fresh ingredients shining through in every dish, whether you’re in the mood for classic breakfast stacks or something hearty for lunch or dinner. The food always comes out hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
What really stands out is how clean and fresh the place looks. It feels modern and well-maintained, from the bright interior to spotless tables and floors—it’s a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

Danielle, the manager, was absolutely delightful and Michael, our server was efficient tonight. Sophia and Peter were both very kind and sweet. Joseph is always attentive as well!!! The iHop staff on Ave. U is always professional and friendly! We return quite often for different meals and will continue to do so!

It was my first time visiting this IHOP with my family and it was pretty busy, but the service was good. Even with the crowd, our food came out quickly. About a 15 minutes wait, we did order a lot. We went in the afternoon and the menu had so many choices that I couldn’t decide between breakfast or lunch. Overall, I had a really nice time with my family and enjoyed the food. No complaints for this IHOP.

My dad and I came here for brunch, and like clockwork, I ordered my absolute favorite: the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. I wait all year for them to come back, and they never disappoint! Soft, flavorful, with the perfect amount of pumpkin and spice in every bite. Paired with a creamy hot chocolate, it was the ultimate comfort combo—like fall on a plate and in a mug.
My dad went for something different this time: Banana Foster Pancakes. He loved how rich and caramelized the topping was, and honestly, the smell alone could make your mouth water. We even shared a few bites of each other’s just to switch it up.
What made it even better? The vibe. Just the two of us catching up, laughing, and enjoying our food in a familiar spot. IHOP might be a chain, but moments like this make it feel like our own little tradition.

I came here with my family around 3:30pm in the afternoon today the experience for and my family was great. The food was good well done and presented. The waiter and staff was very nice. If I could have give 10 stars I would. My daughter loved it.
