I’d give Honey Pig 3 out of 5 stars based on my two visits.
The first time I went, it was a really good experience. The food came out on time, everything was running smoothly, and we had a great time. The meat cooked well, and the overall atmosphere made it an enjoyable and lively dinner.
The second visit, however, wasn’t as good. The food was coming out much slower, and the burner at our table wasn’t hot enough to properly cook the meat. Because of that, it took a long time to cook everything, which made the meal feel drawn out and a bit frustrating.
It’s a nice place overall, and the vibe is fun and energetic, especially if you’re going with a group. That said, the chairs aren’t very comfortable, which can make it harder to relax during a longer meal. We also noticed that the server seemed limited in how much kimchi they could bring out, even when we asked for more, which was a little disappointing since sides are a big part of the experience.
Overall, Honey Pig can be really enjoyable when everything is running smoothly, but consistency with service, equipment, and comfort would make a big difference.

Honey pig was such a great experience. We went for lunch and it was not too busy. The place has super clean and very nice. The food was amazing. We tried so many different meats and enjoyed them. My favorite was the beef bulgogi and my husband loved the wood and octopus. The servers were super nice and attentive as well. Definitely go visit if you enjoy kbbq plus the price is amazing for the all you can eat !

Came to Honey Pig for my friend’s birthday. The place was clean, the food was good and the staff were very attentive. Highly approve! The smoked sausage is delicious, the corn cheese was great but the pork belly stole the show! The Garlic Butter was delicious!

This spot is delivered a great KBBQ experience. What immediately set them apart was the quality and variety of their starters. The kimchi pancake was perfectly crispy, the soy bean paste soup was deeply flavorful, and the teok-bokki (spicy rice cakes) was chewy and addictive. We could have made a meal just out of the appetizers.
The meat selection was superb. We tried the classic brisket, the excellent spicy pork belly (cut bacon-style!), and the flavorful spicy pork bulgogi, all of which were high quality and well-seasoned. I usually prefer direct fire, but they use a cast iron pan that gets incredibly hot. It still provides a perfect sear and char on the meats without drying them out.
A quick tip: they have fresh jalapeños and garlic ready to go—just ask your server!

Best Korean BBQ in the area. Way better than the other spots. Service is top notch but could be better. They’ll slow roll you if you grubbing too much. The “pit bosses” will be there staring at you to make sure they turn a profit. I get it…it’s a business. Get the AYCE B menu and you won’t be disappointed…and they have Coke Zero Sugar!

Fredericksburg NEEDED a solid Korean restaurant. Honey Pig was very clean we were sat immediately. Often times with Korean BBQ it can get smokey at the table but with a fan over each grill at the table it was very pleasant. We got the kimchi pancake, seafood pancake, steamed egg and fries dumplings. They were all fantastic although I particularly loved the kimchi pancake. For our meats we got beef brisket, beef bulgogi, spicy beef bulgogi, curry chicken bulgogi and pork belly. The spicy beef bulgogi is what I would come back for again and again. We’ll be coming back with friends and family next time.

Great food and service. The meat was good quality and I would recommend the beef hanging tender and butter garlic pork belly. It was a little loud which is good if you want to be loud but not so good for relaxing. Maybe a private room? Unique experience.
