f I could give this food truck more than 5 stars, I would! From the moment you walk up, you’re greeted by some of the kindest and sweetest people you’ll ever meet. The service alone makes you feel at home, but then the food takes it to another level. Everything is organic and halal, and you can taste the freshness in every bite.
The lamb burger is out of this world — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Their fries are crisp, golden, and totally addictive, especially when dipped in the house-made sauces (seriously, you’ll want to try every single one). And the fresh bowls are beautifully put together with vibrant ingredients that are as nourishing as they are delicious.
I also love the setup — it’s right outside my favorite coffee and kava/kratom bar, which makes it the perfect spot to pair a great meal with a chill drink. There’s plenty of seating and fans to keep it comfortable, so it’s a great place to hang out with friends or just relax and enjoy the food.
This food truck isn’t just good — it’s special. Amazing people, amazing food, and such a welcoming vibe. Definitely a new favorite of mine, and I can’t recommend it enough

Oh my GOD. The first time I had the Halal Lamb Burger and potato wedges with the tzatziki sauce on the side a month ago has been SEARED INTO MY BRAIN. Came back in today with a hangover with a craving for that exact thing and Fig took amazing care of me, even adding a runny egg on top this time! This food truck is punctual, kind, and friendly, with amazing atmosphere (they’re located behind Noble Brew coffee shop) and even better food. This will be a regular Saturday morning stop for me and should be for you, too!

Absolutely amazing spot! The food is super fresh and full of flavor. Ben is not only incredibly nice but also a phenomenal cook—he threw down a mean pita meal that hit the spot. The location is super convenient, right behind Noble Brew coffee shop, which makes it easy to stop in. Grateful for places like this in the community. I really love that they don’t use any seed oils. I’ve had a few different entrées and they have all been amazing. The first one I tried was the Philly sandwich and with the mixture of onions and peppers in it. It was really good. I even ate the other half later when it was cold and it was still delicious! I also had the lamb burger, and I was curious how it would taste because lamb is a little more lean, but it wasn’t dry at all. I really liked the tzatziki sauce. And The pita chips cooked in olive oil were so good! Crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. X the chef/manager is an awesome cook and such a kind soul to talk to. I love that I can get coffee and a great meal in the same place. Definitely worth going! Sorry, no photos. It was so good it didn’t last very long.

So I had limited time to get to an event and it was a quiet event so I didn’t want rumbly tummy (awkward). So I am asked the gentleman in the truck what he could make quickly that everyone loved. He said the Philly, and I asked if he could put tzatziki on it and he said that was how he always made it and that their food was Mediterranean inspired. My Greek ears flapped a a bit and my feet lifted off the ground hearing that. The food was fantastic! When I got home I read about his business and the healthy approach and I realized I didn’t feel bad like I do after other establishments. I applaud his decision to NOT USE SEED OILS! Bravo my man! Thanks for caring.

We ordered a lamb burger, veggie burger, and steak bowl. Each were incredibly fresh, made by Fig to order. Super pleasant guy and you can taste the quality of his ingredients. Cannot wait to have the lamb burger again! Also- his fresh fries are super crispy, golden, and salted just right. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
