They forgot an order of enchiladas and then argued with us about it. Gave us the enchiladas and it was mostly rock hard and tasteless. The guac is avocados and sour cream with the consistency of soup.

I had one beef taco. The shell was deep fried and tasted like the oil was old. It had no taco sauce , lettuce, or tomato. just meat and cheese. I could not eat it. If you want good Mexican food in Monument, go to La Casa Fiesta.

Was the worst food I’ve ever had, should have gone to Taco Bell for the $5 meal . would have been so much better at Taco Bell!!!! Food at rodolfo’s , was burnt and old tasting/ not at all fresh and served on a styrofoam plate, meal cost $13. For a super hard taco and 1 enchilada that you couldn’t even cut through, disgusting will never return, I wish I could get my money back!!!!! Yuk

I bought a steak quesadilla and a shredded beef taco. The taco was pretty decent, a little dry but you have to take into account it’s deep fried. However, I’ve had better shredded beef tacos. The asada was really dry and it tasted like they only put cheddar cheese in the quesadilla. I’d rate this place 2.5 stars

UPDATED REVIEW:
Came here on a Wed afternoon for a bean and cheese burrito for $5.50 and a quesadilla for $3.95. When I was given the total I went ahead and paid it automatically without thinking. Standing there waiting for the food and looking at the menu something didn’t add up as to why I paid $11.45, I got a brief glance at the receipt still attached to the register, I saw I was charged for a bean burrito and an additional side of cheese which was about $1.40 more. When I asked why I was charged extra for the cheese when the burrito is supposed to have cheese in it, I was told that that’s how we enter the cheese add on. (This is not the case because I ordered this before.) I advised that the menu states otherwise and the cheese is included. I was refunded the additional charge, but the whole thing seemed shady and a very poor excuse was given. I am guessing many people don’t look and think twice and just pay the bill. I would encourage people to ask for a receipt.
Then I got home with my food and found a medium length hair in my food (see photo).
Probably done eating here for while.

This is a decent place to get some fast food Mexican food, way better than taco bell. The carnitas burrito, and the chorizo burritos are my favorite. You also can’t go wrong with the quesadillas. I do recommend this place if you’re in the mood for lots of food, cheap food, and fast Mexican food.

Absolute gem of a place, near the Walmart, in Monument.
Authentic Mexican grill owned by local Mexican family!
My family and I use this for breakfast burritos on Sundays. Very large portions. Affordable. Red and green salsa station along with fresh veggies to spice it up.
We come here often and will continue to do so.

Got a burrito and chips and salsa and it tastes great and portions was good. Definitely getting more for your buck than chipotle. 5 stars

Excellent Mexican street food. Prices are a bit on the expensive side so make sure to only ask for one or two tacos. We got carne asada nachos, 2 carne asada tacos, and 2 chicken tacos. Ample seating. Order up front and pick up when they call out your order. We have been wanting to try this place for a month or so and we were glad we got to experience it. If you like Mexican street food make this a place to visit.
